Never having had to take a loan in the 20 years I have been in business, I unfortunately fell victim to some predatory lenders. ******* ****** has been instrumental in putting my fears to rest and making sure that my needs and requests are met. I am so very pleased with ******. At first it was touch and go. The information being so heavy and all. However, Ms ****** made it easier to understand by providing step-by-srep instructions on how to puck up the pieces and get my company back on track. Truly, I believe that had it not been for Shanae, I would have walked away from a very lucrative business due to the stress created by the high interest lenders. ***** helped me with more agreeable terms that I can handle. Coastal **** is a great company to work with. They saved my business by creating a way for me to GET OUT OF DEBT! Truly I am thankful! They only reason I gave 5 stars is because 10 wasn't an option. Our office, CCC, has really been going through a rough time. Alecha has been amazing with giving timely support in our dire circumstances. I was very reluctant to join forces with any debt resolution company. Was at the point where I didn't trust anyone claiming they could actually help without going through hoops and possibly being taken. I finally called Coastal Debt Relief and haven't regretted it for one moment. I initially worked with Leo who gave me the initial details simplifying thins yet leaving nothing unanswered to my satisfaction. Once we got things going, Leo introduced me to Laura as my agent and she has been fantastic. Laura responded to every one of my questions with genuine concern as did Leo. Laura stayed on top of things calling me weekly for a brief update and always either answered the phone or called back minutes after each and every time I called. Friendly and professional. After working hard for decades, I got caught up in the *** Merry Go Round. I finally reached the point where I could no longer get new ***'s to pay off the old ***'s. So I began contacting the many *** settlement companies you find online. I found Coastal Debt and spoke to them over a period of 3 weeks. What "sold" me on Coastal was the awesome customer service provided to me by *******. She checks in with me on a regular basis and make sure everything is going smoothly. Having tons of ***'s is one thing, dealing with the companies when you default is another. ******* has been knowledgeable and professional, but what sets her apart is her awareness of the stress and pressure her customers as they deal with the endless calls and threats you get once you decide that you need to have a 3rd party company like Coastal take over settlement process. They took over $5000 out of my account and did absolutely nothing with my case. I called in and told them I wanted to drop them and they advised they would refund my money. After several calls they still have not refunded or return my calls. They advise on the other reviews to call and talk to them about it. They have blocked my number from being able to call them. To clarify, when you enrolled in our comprehensive 22-week debt settlement program, the enrollment agreement clearly outlined that the fees you paid were allocated toward program setup, administrative costs, and the scheduled services provided throughout the program. At no point were any refunds promised once services had been initiated.
Additionally, our records show that our team provided detailed guidance on the potential savings available through full participation in the program. Had you continued as recommended, your savings should of have been substantial. We also advised you of the potential adverse consequences of discontinuing the program. Ultimately, your decision to withdraw was made after these discussions.
We regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen and remain committed to ensuring that our clients fully understand our policies and the benefits of our services. Contrary to your assertion, your phone number is not blocked from calling into our Company and our *************** Manager previously left you a voicemail with a direct number to call to speak with him personally regarding this matter.
