******* ****** has been an absolute God send, not only has she explained the entire process, but made me feel like we were in this together, I had dealt with another company and within the 1st week felt like it was not for me, but not here I actually could count on her to do what she said she was going to do and call when she said she was going to call but most importantly made me feel like we will get through this situation.
