    This company used my ******** # & billed them for some kind of back brace $1,963.00 ....I have no back problems & never requested *******'s FRAUD & will be reported to ******** as that.Horrible company & no telephone number to call.

    I am also calling ******** to report the claim they filed on my ******** number as FRAUD as the amount was $1,963.00...I am also going to change my ******** number.

    Another step I am taking is calling the business office of the ********************** where I do seek treatment for a neck injury (never, ever any back treatment) to see who they do business with for these medical devices.  When I have an office visit with my pain Doctor then it shows on the ******** statement a few days later this fraud billing shows up...I don't know if that is just a fluke or what but I'm checking it out for my peace of mind.  Can't accuse them of anything but just to inquire where do they do business on medical devices!!!

    On 08/14/2024 I received a package left on my doorstep by *****. Upon opening it, I found a backbrace that I never ordered, and my doctor did not prescribe for me. I did not sign for this package and did not return the Receipt of Acknowledgement enclosed in the box. The papers enclosed in the box (copies uploaded here) state that the backbrace was prescribed by "a" doctor and it appears this company intends to ************* (fraudulently) or perhaps try to coerce me into payng the charges. I have tried to contact the company numerous times, leaving a message each time, and they have failed to return my calls. I want the backbrace picked up immediately, and I want a letter from this company stating that they have received the returned backbrace and will not attempt to collect funds from ********, or any other insurance carrier, nor myself.

    I received a Coretech 637 L50 back brace by Fed EX tracking # ************ shipped by a company Onyx Medical Supply ****************************************** E-F *************, **. The item was provided by Prospect Health Solutions Inc. at ************************************************* **********, **, *****. I didn't order it nor did any of my medical team request it.I would like them to pay to have it shipped back to them. This is a scam of the ******** ystem I believe

    Back brace delivered by ***** 8/11/24. Not requested by myself or my doctor. ******** notified for payment 8/7/2024 for $1,963 and denied. My doctors administrator indicated they have other patients that received unsolisited durable medical equipment, and all have United Health Care as their secondary provider. Since ******** denied payment, the claim may now be forwarded to United Health Care. Should they deny the claim( See notification below) , the $1,963 invoice will be sent to me. I have notified this scam to ********, FTC, United Health Care, and my Doctor. It seems that nobody can shut this scam down, even though I have tried to get others involved ( Fl State Attorney General, We do not have juristiction in federal fraud cases) ************ had my name, address, telephone number and ******** ID, none of it provided by me. I hope this complaint will be read so someone can shut this fraud down.

    These people sent my ************************************************************ needs. The paperwork that came with it tells nothing about the product or where it came from. It just lists return policy, warranty info, how to file complaints, etc.. It is quite obviously a scam. We did not pay for it but the letter mentions billing ********* If they are scamming the ****************** out of tax payer money...

    My wife received a back brace in the mail from Prospect Health Solutions, **** None of her doctors prescribed this back brace. We have tried to call the company several times to figure out why this back brace was set to my wife but no one is returning my daughters calls. It is concerning that they charged us (or ********* for this back brace without us consenting or a doctor prescribing this to my wife.

    medical equipment mailed to my former residence in ************ without my approval and item apparently billed to ********* This appears to be a scam of tax dollars.

    I was warned by my physicians office of a possible fraud on my ********* A company called Eagle Med. was trying to charge my account for a back brace. I called ******** and they found no evidence in my file but flagged it. Barely turned around and found a package from Prospect Health Solutions on my step and guess what. It had a back brace in it. I
