    11/14/2024: Just now reported to ******** and also Tricare for **************** ******** paid $3,622.72 on a $5,633.00 bill and is now going after them for fraud. ******* denied their claim. Billed for service on 7/15/24. Doctor they used for reference has retired and has not been in practice for a at least 3 years.

    This is a scam company. They used my SSN to charge ******** $1963 for a back brace. They used a doctors name in my town, but that doctor doesnt accept patients who use my insurer. Totally fraudulent. 0 stars

    I noticed ******** was billed nearly $6,000 for: TWO (2) Knee Orthosis, Single Upright, Thigh And Calf, With Adjustable Flexion And Extension Joint, Lumbar-Sacral Orthosis, Sagittal-Coronal Control, With Rigid Anterior And Posterior Frame/Pa, Shoulder Elbow Wrist Hand Orthosis, Abduction Positioning, **************** Prefabricated. No physician authorized these charges, nor did I ever receive these items. TOTAL FRAUD.All of this was reported to ******** Fraud Section as well as to ******** Supplement Provider.

    Review -0 stars They are a Fraud. Stole my identity, sent some apparatus, billed ******** nearly $2000.00, was never ordered by my Primary Doctor. ******** paid them. I have reported this fraud to ***, ********, (which I contacted twice, prior to them paying the bill), *****************, ***, all three credit bureaus, had to change all my credit cards, and filed a police report. ******!

    Received a back brace that was NOT ordered. *************** was hassled about providing a request. Told person NOT ordered and not going to order. Reported FRAUD to ******** and my supplementary insurance (they caught as a scam and will not pay.) When called Prospect Health Solutions, after long ringing, message said memory full. Has anyone contacted the State **************************

    I'm a homecare nurse and just received a call from a patient who says they just received a back brace from the company, just like the reviews below. She called the company and no return call. Someone needs to do something. They are billing insurance for these back braces.

    Why is nobody looking into this scam of a company? Billing older peoples insurance for junk braces sent in the mail that no one asked for! Good Lord , someone help us older people?

    Received a back brace from this company. I Didnt order it nor my Physician I didnt sign for it because I was out of town when it showed up. I called my ************************* and reported it. There was a form inside for me to sign so my ******** would pay for it. The representative said it had not requested to be paid yet because it only had been four days. It would take at least two weeks. They made a note. I called the Prospect Health Solutions Inc several times. The recording just keeps saying the person was currently unavailable and another number said they were at lunch. Long lunch!
