      Great product. The windows really cooled off my bedroom that gets direct sunlight. Excellent installation job and good clean up afterwards. Would recommend to all my neighbors and friends.

      These people are messy and did not do my installation properly. My door is not installed right and lock rust causing air through the door. They do not have a great communication system and they don't put customers first. To anyone use Home

      FHIA REMODELING Installed Impact Glass storm windows in my house. Since the day I contacted them for information and to schedule an estimate, working with FHIA has been an absolutely pleasant experience. They very efficiently managed the whole process of scheduling, HOA approval, actual installation, and post installation visit, while maintaining me well informed. From the original consultation to the final inspection the project took about 6 weeks, as they had it originally scheduled. All people I dealt with were very professional, understanding, and friendly. Special thanks to FHIA Rep. Kyle Rhodes, Field Manager John Cruz, and to the installers, but I only remember Jose, he was great!

      To say that I was impressed with the process from start to finish would be an understatement. Everyone was very professional, very thorough, very organized, and thoughtful. FHIA took care of everything for me, from permits to HOA approval. They were efficient on install day, they were tidy, and there was literally no damage to the stucco or interior of my home. If I can afford to do more windows in the future, I will definitely be using them again! Great product AND great service!!!

      Stay away from FHIA Remodeling if you are looking to have hurricane impact windows installed. Our window installation work began on Oct 18, 2024, and wasnt completed until March 3, 2025. This took so long due to numerous installation issues.The caulking around all windows and the sliding door frame was extremely sloppy and amateurish. Unacceptable and had to be redone. Two of the windows installed were noticeably crooked. I brought it to the installers attention when they returned from their lunch break. They then worked to correct the windows, but after they left, I checked the measurement and found that one of the windows was now crooked the other way and still needed to be corrected a third time. This third correction was done just minutes before the city inspector came.On Nov 8 FHIA sent a troubleshoot guy out to our house to look at these issues and he recommended that all the caulking needed to be redone, and the windows straightened. He also noticed a bubble in one of the picture windows and said they will need to order a replacement which would take 2 ********* addition, the work on the replacement glass was terrible and sloppy. I called the supervisor, and he came out to look for himself. He agreed that the work on the replacement glass was sloppy and totally unacceptable and then ordered a whole replacement window which required another 2 months to ****** summary 4 of 6 windows were installed crooked, one window had to be corrected 3 times. The caulking done on all windows and door was extremely sloppy and amateurish. They replaced the glass in one of the windows, which was so badly done, the whole window then had to be replaced. One window frame is still cracked from where it was pounded on to straighten it in the window frame. If you are planning on ordering hurricane impact windows for your house, DO NOT use FHIA Remodeling and save yourself the headaches.
