      We had seen shows that featured the work of FHIA on TV and decided to get a quote to replace our fourteen 39 year old windows. A friendly salesman ***** came as scheduled and knowledgeably gave us a presentation. He gave us a quote and offered 20% discount if we signed today, which we did. I felt that while we were most likely paying a higher price than somewhere else we would get a professional and hassle-free installation of decent windows (*******). ****** came a few days later and measured. About two months later the crew came and the windows were installed in two days. A week later the local inspector came and remarked at the good job sealing the windows - and passed the inspection.Two issues: We have called about a rip in the garage window screen and have yet to receive a return call. Disappointing!.Also-I asked months ago for a copy of contractors license and bond and never received them.I hope FHIA will attend to customer issues in a timely and responsive matter.

      Even one star for this company is too much! I ordered hurricane impact windows and doors in November 2021, and I did not receive the screens till year later!!! Three (!) project managers have changed during the year, and all lied about the lead time. Four times (!) they ordered "missing" spapre parts, and each time WRONG parts arrived (as they said due to "cumputer glitch" or due to "supply chain issues" or due to "unknown reason" ". Very unresponsive managers, very unprofessional installers... I would never started if I know before about a such incompetence of this company. Wasting time and money...VERY DISAPPOINTED!

      Installed complete opposite of product/design that was selected and approved for shower. ******** lied about lead time and gave false schematics of design chosen, looked nothing like what was installed. The schematic is a "computer glitch" from what I was told. $17k for a small stand up shower! However after 5 days of dirt, dust, and drop cloths 24 hrs a day, they refused any amiable resolutions or responsibility. I'm shocked at the product, price, process, and lack of customer care. I still have no shower and no acceptable resolutions. I lost a weeks wage and use of my bathroom. Go for your local small businesses instead.

      If I could also give zero stars, I would. I ordered hurricane windows and sliding doors with this ************ and did not receive my screens until a year later. Today is 9/27/2022 and we are expecting an intense hurricane. The two incompetent men came and put the windows in and cracked the wall inside our home and did not tell me but left it like that. They gave us a fabric window covering for hurricanes and did not measure the holes correctly, so now it didn't fit correctly to cover the entire window. I am so over this stupid company. Something will be done because this is ridiculous.
