    This product did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain **** ***** YOU LIE and I was on phone holding for 40 min listening to your' endorsement promising the next agent will help me NOT in 40+ min Refund Policy seems Hinky and paying for return of Failed Product is a Slap in the Face **** ***** You let me down and I'm in pain shaking my Head and my finger at you ..Refund my money

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my recent concern was handled by your team. It is frustrating to see that a company of your size and reputation would rather lose a customer than make a simple $5 adjustment.I reached out in good faith to request a reasonable resolution to what I believe was a small but valid issue. Rather than being met with understanding or even a willingness to work with me, I was met with rigid policies and a lack of consideration. It is not the amount that concerns meits the principle. A company that prioritizes strict adherence to policy over customer satisfaction is one I hesitate to continue doing business with.I hope you will reconsider your approach to customer service. It is disheartening to feel that my loyalty as a customer is valued so little.

    I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received from ****. When I initially contacted the company, I was considering canceling the servicenot because of any dissatisfaction, but simply because my husband is currently out of the country. Although I didnt need the product at the moment, I didnt want to lose access to it because it works so well.**** listened carefully to my concerns and quickly offered a thoughtful solution that allowed me to maintain the supplement for him during his absence. She handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine dedication. Her support made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into assisting me. Excellent service all around.
