    Well after reading the reviews I am shocked and surprised they are not being investigated for scamming the elderly. My mother-in-law who lives with me has no idea what she is doing and decided to try to get the free bottles. Well I pay her bills and now see a charge on the CC for auto ship from Great Health Works. She has no idea what is going on and that we now have to contest this because she is UNAWARE. If someone is in their 70's and you have a company who prey's on persons of aged shame on them. Now I have to take time to correct all of this nonsense because of a company's malpractice.

After reviewing the account in question, we can confirm that on December 18, 2022, the customer purchased our Buy One Get One Free promotion of two (2) bottles of OmegaXL. The promotion includes a subscription to our convenient auto-shipment program that can be canceled anytime. The terms of the auto shipment program are explained to the customer and the customer must agree to the program before the customers card is charged.   The purchase also included a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date.

    Upon receipt of this review, we attempted to reach out to the customer directly but were unsuccessful.

    When a customer contacts our company to purchase our product and they provide their information and agree to the terms of purchase, we will process an order. For clarity, our company never makes cold calls to gain sales or market our products. Nevertheless, we have canceled the customers subscription, and as a courtesy, in advance of receiving returned product as required by our money back guarantee, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We still request that the customer return of the unused portion of the product,including the empty bottles as stated in the 60 day money back guarantee.

    I contacted company directly to cancel and have continued to get charged $39.99bfor last 3 months 8 still have 4 bottles of product it's totally fraudulent to continue to charge after cancellation

On October 31, 2022, *************************** subscription was canceled as requested.     I attempted to cancel the autoship and the "customer service" rep simply attempted to sell me something else. That same day they took out $78 dollars from my account for things I did not order. SCAMMERS! Do not do business with them.

    Agree with all the reviewers. This is deceptive advertising. Ignore the 1 star - it should be 0 stars!! Absolutely ridiculous that this business still has an A+ rating! They are scamming the elderly by getting them to give their CC# and putting them on an auto ship without their knowledge. Then if they are lucky enough to have a family member who helps them, the family member needs to spend a ridiculous amount of time to try to get the auto-ship cancelled. Our elderly do not deserve to continue to be scammed by a company that our BBB can't see is completely horrible!It's impossible to find a customer care # to call and more impossible get the reoccurring order to cancel. $100 a month stolen from my mom with dementia. Please advise how to Cancel!!!Thank you

    Forget the fact that they rip you off for the first three payments plus shipping and handling when you try to return the product because you're not happy with it. Instead focus on the fact that there is absolutely nothing that works on your inflammation. I've now read over 30 reports of fraud because there's nothing in this snake oil that will heal anything. They sold this in the beginning as a placebo in a blind test to see how many people would fake results. When they found out there were quite a few people that just took pills for the heck of it and faked results they decided to develop a fake marketing scheme. For all the people that he's ripped off and caused harm to it's no wonder that someone said he is a descendant of ****** whether it's true or not he is one evil human being. I'm still waiting for the lawsuit that's going to close him down and make him repay everybody's money.

    Their advertisement for Omega XL is very deceptive. They run a special on tv where you have to call them to place an order, but then enroll you into a monthly auto renewal program, which I never wanted, and they never stated that to me, when I placed the order. When I received the email that they were going to ship more product to me I called them to cancel it, but they stated that once their computer has generated an order that it can't be cancelled. So now I have to pay return shipment for something that I never wanted, especially since it gives me very bad stomach pains and cramps.

    This is still a scam! You're preying on the elderly, and it's so small where it states it on the tv ad that this enrolls you in a monthly subscription that if you don't have glasses on you won't see it, plus it's only on for a mere couple of seconds, which is not long enough for people reading the screen to get to that part. Then you want me to return this item at my expense, when I never wanted it! Also, your agents keep calling me every week, and I keep telling them to stop harassing me, but they won't.
