    Very pleased with the service and workmanship received by LockTight Impact. Great communication throughout the process, even handled all the back and forth correspondence with my HOA to get approval. Installers were very profesional and cleaned up everything. Love my new door and highly recommend LockTight Impact!

    I cannot emphasize enough that LockTight is the best choice for hurricane impact windows and doors. After evaluating presentations from six well-known competitors, including Anderson, Mr. Glass, 360, South Florida, Prestige, Lowe’s, and High End, I found that their prices were not competitive with what LockTight offered for high-quality products. I’m thrilled I chose ESW Windows and Doors over CGI and PGT materials. I recommend thoroughly researching all brands to determine which is best for your project. First, their team seamlessly handled all the paperwork and permits for the HOA. Once we received HOA approval, my order arrived in about seven weeks. The installation process was impressively efficient; they completed the job for 11 openings in just one day. The crew was meticulous, ensuring minimal dust in my home and no damage to the existing structures or tiles. Their attention to detail was impressive. The windows and doors look fantastic! I highly recommend LockTight to anyone in need of impact windows and doors.

    Very much satisfied with the results of the work that was done. I was kept informed from beginning to the completion of my project. The workmen showed up on time which was very pleasing to me. Everything was explained to us from start to finish. There was no messy residue , trash was kept in one area and was removed by the next day. I love my new windows. I would definitely recommend Locktight to anyone looking to do their window replacement. Thanks again to the entire ********************************

    Recently had a new roof installed with Locktight. Very satisfied with the overall process from agreement to completion. No project is ever perfect we had a short delay on a portion of roof tiles. Took an about two weeks to resolve the tile issue but they explained everything. The roof was completed to our satisfaction and we would recommend them they handled everything honestly and professionally.

    I did my roof with them. They took care of all the permits and guided me thru the process with the **** The roof was done in 3 months from the moment we signed the papers to the final inspection. It was an easy and painless process. They are responsive via email and phone. Tho it did take a while to complete the final inspection, they made sure to complete see the job through. They also cleaned up after themselves and while they did stained my pavers, they came back and cleaned it with no issue the next day. It was a big step trusting a company with a huge amount of money but they did right by me.
