I have had some great peoplework on the logistics side and with the installation of my sliding glass doors.We have run into difficulties that are out of anyones control, but the communication made the difference. I am waiting for inspection and final clean up to be completed, but cant see any issues there.I may add additional feedback once inspection and all final details are completed I have already referred a neighbor to use Locktight and may have additional referrals

I had the customer service people at my house today to handle some open Items. Kenny, Danny and Anthony did an excellent job in handling all my concerns. Their customer service by far is the companies best quality! Thank you gentlemen for completing things in a timely manner but most importantly the service you provided was excellent. 1 starThe company has the worst customer service! They have horrible communication within the company, no one talks to anyone! They come when they are not scheduled and take months to come and repair anything but have NO PROBLEM calling and asking for all the money! The only bright side were *************************** and ******************************* who came to do the punch list towards the end, their overall work was great! There are still a list of things that we need, hopefully we will get those done soon.Review fromCesar F

5 starsA friend had her impact windows installed and asked her for the referral. Lock Tight came to our home and gave us a good quote. Reasonable price! It took 11 months to get our windows. That was a looong wait. Anyhow, once the windows came in, the installers (****** crew) punctually arrived. Those men were trustworthy and hardworking! They were awesome. Next was the city inspection with ************** The inspection went smooth and ************* performed the wrap up. Highly recommend this company to my neighbors because I was quite content with the pricing, quality of windows, installation and the final wrap up. Will use them again when purchasing our next property. My home looks amazing with the new impact windows and slider. Should've done it before.
