    I wish there was a zero stars option. This is a horribly incompetent company. They started my installation in November 22 (after waiting 8 months) and have yet to complete the work (mid January23). No one communicates internally. They send inspectors to my home without completing work, therefore wasting my time at work. I call and leave messages and no one returns my calls. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

    Shawn and Chase were great during their final inspection visit. Professional and courteous. After over 2 years waiting for my windows and doors to be finalized, it was nice to end on a good note. I recommend working with Shawn and Chase again Locktight is lucky to have them.

    I hade 3 Doors replaced by Lock Tight and they did a great job. They were very clean and and knew everything about the doors so they fit well.I would recommend them for your next install, you will be pleased!***********************, **

    What saved the day for Locktight was the punch list technicians, ***************************,*****, and ****. There was a lot of unnecessary damage by the installers, before them. When the above men came to repair everything, they did a tremendous job. It was unfortunate the amount of fixing and cleaning they had to do, but they did it without complaint, and in very professional manner. Without them I could not have even given the 4 stars that I did.

    This review is based upon the work the the service team Sean and Chase did at my property. These two came to my unit figured out what was wrong and got the job done and fixed in a short time. Both sets of sliding doors where installed wrong It took many attempts to get service (I feel they thought I was making this up) back to the property since the bill was paid. One team fixed the whistling noise (wish I remembered there name) and then Sean and Chase fixed the humming noise they found out the the installer did not level the the base for the door. These two where great!

    I will say the only reason Im giving Locktight a 5 star review is because of the great service work done today by ****** and his partner! He was so neat and efficient as well as did a walk through of everything once he was done to make sure he met all my expectations. If all the service reps sent were like ****** and his partner, Im sure my house would have been completed a long time ago. Other than that, so not hire this company to so your windows! Save your money and time! Thank you!
