      A Granero Moving realizou um excelente trabalho durante o transporte de minha mudana internacional.Coordenado pelo atencioso, profissional e competente desempenho da ****. Vanessa ******* todo o processo ocorreu de forma rpida e segura.Cuidaram de tudo. Vanessa me instruiu sobre a preparao de minha documentao e me forneceu todas as informaes durante o processo.Meus bens chegaram em perfeitas condies e tudo deu certo do incio ao fim.Recomendo fortemente a Granero Moving, especialmente o trabalho de Vanessa *******

      DISASTROUS GRANERO MOVING EXPERIENCE: A VEHEMENT WARNING A strong warning against Granero Moving. An international relocation from Tampa Bay, USA, to Portugal became a nightmare. Pickup: 09/13/24. Delivery: 04/01/25 (202 DAYS!). I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Deceptive sales omit crucial details, promising an unrealistic 60-75 day European delivery. EXTREME CAUTION: full payment is required upfront, leaving clients vulnerable. Initially, 90 days free storage was assured, anticipating Portugal arrival within 75 days. Communication was WEAK, inaccurate. Ship booking (never disclosed) occurs AT LEAST 30 DAYS after embassy documents, making the initial timeframe a JOKE. Granero billed me over $1000 for exceeding "free" storage due to THEIR inefficiency. Hidden fees penalize clients for their failures. Ship departure was repeatedly postponed, blaming the carrier. The container reached Miami but the ship left without it (supposed carrier error). Next ship? 30-day delay. Finally shipped, Lisbon arrival estimated February 13, 2025. A week later, a $1600 invoice for port stay after their "error." Granero denied responsibility, blaming the carrier, with no follow-up. Unloading (estimated Feb 13) was delayed 31 DAYS (March 14). Customs took weeks. I was extorted for $1700 for container return delay/port rental. They threatened to withhold belongings unless I paid THEIR $1600 Miami delay fee (€100+/day Lisbon container cost). Blackmail for their errors. On delivery day, Global representatives vanished. Manager Juliana Wolfram repeatedly canceled calls, then ceased contact – unprofessional and unaccountable. Belongings arrived DAMAGED: Broken piano, tool cabinet, bicycle gear, plastic boxes. AVOID THEM!

      All steps of your ********************************************* process were handled with full transparency and mutual agreement, as documented through meetings and email correspondence. From the beginning, all service terms, timelines, and logistics dependencies, including estimated timeframes and the specific complexities involved in ocean freight and customs clearance procedures,  were clearly explained and approved.
      Throughout the process, we acted in good faith to minimize potential impacts on your experience. This included granting discounts on storage services and maintaining open communication throughout every stage.
      As previously shared by email, including the official shipping timeline, below is a summary of the containers shipping process, based on real-time updates received from the ocean carrier:
      January 2: Container delivered to the **************, intended for departure on January 7.
      The carrier rescheduled the booking without formal justification, despite the container being present at the terminal.
      January 9: New estimated departure set for January 21, with arrival on February 11.
      January 13: Export customs clearance completed in the *************** 16: Estimated departure adjusted to January 30.
      January 27: Updated again to February 3, with estimated arrival on February 19.
      February 6: Final confirmation received that the container had been loaded onto the vessel and had departed.


      Charges related to container detention were explained to you in advance and only invoiced after your review and approval. We also made efforts to dispute these charges with the carrier, but they were ultimately upheld on their side.


      We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, despite our consistent efforts to provide professional service, clear communication, and active resolution management.
      All relevant details and developments were shared throughout the process in good faith and in alignment with agreed terms.

      Registro neste canal m** agradecimento Granero pelo excelente servio durante minha mudana de ********/**/*** para o **************/BRA. A Vanessa ****** foi responsvel do incio ao fim do projeto e diria que foi pea fundamental para que ** e minha famlia nos sentssemos seguros de que tudo seria executado da melhor forma possvel. A equipe de embalagem nos *** e desembarque/desembarao do material no ****** foram tambm excepcionais e pontuais na prestacao do servio. Recomendo a Granero! Obrigado!Nascimento.

      Todo o processo aconteceu de forma fácil e rápida, minha mudança chegou sem um item quebrado. Pessoal do empacotamento foi muito cuidadoso. Atendimento da Valéria Kleinubing e Thamyres Viera foram ótimos. Único ponto a reclamar foi a desorganização do pessoal da entrega. Chegaram tarde, eram 4 entregadores, só dois trabalharam, os outros dois sumiram e por isso tiveram que voltar no dia seguinte e ainda arranharam o piso.


       


      Translation: The entire process was quick and easy. My move arrived without a single broken item. The packing staff was very careful. The service provided by Valéria Kleinubing and Thamyres Viera was excellent. The only thing I could complain about was the disorganization of the delivery staff. They arrived late, there were 4 delivery people, only two worked, the other two disappeared and so they had to come back the next day and they even scratched the floor.

      Moved to Ireland and had 15 boxes total. I had them all in large and Medium boxes. Paid almost 3K. Men who picked the boxes spoke NO English. Once it arrived in Ireland, most of the boxes were all small. So the boxes were changed at some point. And the guys who delivered handed me some things out of a box. They claimed that once they arrived to pick it up it was on top of the other boxes. AND... I had a bunch of things STOLEN. Had insurance, opened the claim and they said I was not entitled to anything because the items were not noted as missing at the time of delivery. Yeah, because you will know once you open the boxes and who does that with delivery people there? Bottom line, I feel robbed on many levels. The level of service provided and my personal things that I worked hard to bring never came and I paid 3K for items to never arrive and have boxes changed... The sad part is I have used this company before and it worked out despite paying more fees every so often. Not worth it. I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!
