      I hired Arbor Tree services when ***** came door to door looking for business, they were to remove several trees and do general clean up of ivy and trim other trees. Another guy arrived, and he said my coconut trees were infected and needed to come down to protect other trees. I asked for a quote, but they went ahead and cut down the trees and later ******* gave me a huge invoice which I refused and negotiated a fair price.During this time they dropped a huge ladder on my aluminum fence and bent the top railing on one section. the owner ************************* said his brother in law was in the fencing business and would fix it.After this, they came and finished 90% of the work and then asked for full payment, I paid all but $100, they agreed to come back later. Instead, they went over to my neighbors and did her trees and left, After repeated promises to come back and finish and to repair my fence, they are now not answering my calls and my fence is still broken and I had to hire another company to finish their work.
