      They did a (partial) tree removal job for my sister. They never completed the work as promised. Just strung her along. She waited days for them to return. Poor communication! They let a large heavy branch fall on her new roof. They left a huge part of the tree in the middle of the street so cars could not pass through and they refused to move it. They just left it there. She had to call code enforcement to come clear it away. My best advice...don't ever consider using this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

      This company did a good job in October 2022 when they came to trim our trees. We worked with ***** at that time. We used them again in March 2023 and worked with **** who I believe is running a scam, overcharging for services that he and his partner didn't even complete (in order to take money off the top I believe). First, the job was supposed to be around $600 (an estimate) but I added on a couple of things after we walked around the property and **** pointed out some issues which may or may not be real. Next thing I know he is coming to the door saying how big our place is (it's not) and claiming to have sprayed 60 gallons worth of soil treatment at $33 a gallon but he would only charge me for 50. There were a few other things that he said that they did and the total went from $600 to $2850. I paid them but had a feeling **** was lying, I checked our Ring cameras after they left and discovered that they hadn't sprayed anything! The next day, I called them, and all of a sudden the story changed from " we already did this" to " Oh we were always going to come back and do it today. we're on our way to you after we go to the check cashing store to cash your check" ( this is when I realized that not only was I screwed but that the owner probably has NO idea that these guys are cashing checks with his name on it. In October, it seemed like the check we gave them was actually deposited into a bank. Five hours later, they showed up poked some holes in the ground put in soil treatment then sprayed nowhere near 60 gallons of chemical. Maybe ***** tops. Did they refund me for the rest? Of course not. The saddest part is that **** seemed so nice but he's a scammer like many other contractors here in *******. I hope his boss, ************************* wakes up and realizes that his employees are not being honest with him or with his customers. Read their very mixed reviews on ******* I wish I had done that before rehiring them. This was a distressing and disappointing experience.
