      DO not go here unless you like unprofessional staff and broken-down equipment. I had a horrible experience here. The Ac recharge was not even showing anything on the machine, It was so obvious, they also were going off on my air with their hands back n forth. when I asked about the machine, I got a very defensive reply. Tone was not okay. It felt like a weekend for these guys chatting it up. HORRIBLE customer service. I feel I got ripped off. I asked if I can see something that showed me anything, and the lady just handed my receipt, I looked at it when I got home nothing on it. They also left an oily handprint behind, someone out of my view yelled, just her her money back, "I don't need this **--! Of course that didnt happen, I was handing the paid receipt. They moved away from my car and I had to ask if I can pull away! They need new people, I even heard them bashing upper management!! I wish we had a zero star option.

      Beware! I have a 2022 Dodge Ram that was leaking oil and never thought it would be from my oil change at jiffy lube after spending $235 dollars at the dealer for a diagnosis, it was determined that it was due to a oil filter failure. I went to jiffy to get reimbursed and was told that the “warranty was only for 90 days.” I don’t even drive my truck except on weekends only. I used to take both my vehicles to the location at **** ********** **** *** **********, CA *****. Will never do that again and all corporate has to say is "its a franchise."

      What is REALLY going on here?! I took my Infiniti for an oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Broward Blvd & 27th Ave (my third time) utilizing their services, due to some time restraints. Thought this would be a NORMAL service but at the conclusion of the oil change I proceeded to start my car and it wouldn't turn over. There were NO signs of power failure or engine failure prior to my service visit. NO signs of an oil leak prior to this service visit. I asked the service manager "What did they do to my car?" His reply was "just an oil change", really??? He then told me to give it a little gas (after several attempts to start the engine), when it finally did turn over. I raised the rpm to about 20-25 then immediately moved the gear to drive and slowly with some jerking proceeded out of the garage. Later this evening my car did the same thing after several attempts to turn over when it finally did I raised the rpm & quickly shifted to drive but this time it shut off after I came to a stop, it started to smoke underneath the hood; I had to have it towed. Infiniti Service center in Coconut Creek text me 'I needed an alternator, oil shorted it out...' There was no oil leak prior to my service @ Jiffy Lube! I'm certain Jiffy Lube's negligence has resulted in this malfunction and would like a thorough investigation & compensation for my repair costs and inconvenience.

      I went to this location about a year ago and they took my information like they always do and then somebody else went over there and did an oil change on a car I dont even know and put it on my name with all my info on it and gave the receipt to that person and when I called the lady told me it was my fault she was very rude and did not want to let me talk to the manager

      I was informed of customers using the * word for being refused service at the Boynton location. Maybe look into implementing clear-cut policies as a deescalatory approach to avoid any further discrimination at this workplace.

      One of the worst decisions I’ve made: So on Friday, I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube because I was heading ti Georgia the following morning and Tampa Honda had already closed. I wanted to ensure a reliable ride to and from Georgia. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. To my surprise, when I gained possession of my car, I was able to drive approximately 5 to 10 miles before my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ! My car also wouldn’t accelerate over 9mph. I immediately pulled over and called ******* and another worker from jiffy Lube who met me at a nearby store. I spent approximately 2 additional hours waiting on them to figure out the errors they needed to correct from the services they provided. Fast forward, 2 hours later my car seemed to be performing to its expectations. However, that changed quickly, after taking possession of my car for the 2nd time and driving approximately 10 miles, it reverted and began to perform poorly as it did prior. I had one of the most MISERABLE drives at 9mph trying to get to Tampa Honda. There was no way I could’ve made it home. I live in the Spring Hill area. So finally, I made it to Tampa Honda around 1am. and left my car and took a 50.00 Uber home. The next morning, I had to Uber back to Tampa Honda to have a diagnostic completed on the car. The result, of that diagnostic is that the 3 spark plugs that were replaced were not the correct spark plugs for the car and the 4th spark plug was indeed one of my old spark plugs. Another service rendered was tire rotation. Guess what? My car had to be towed to Honda this morning due to axel damage. I just had my suspension checked 2 weeks ago so I’m waiting for Honda to review the prior information with the information they have to determine if this was recently caused. I’ll be back to update you on this issue. Now after taking to the GM. Freddy. He stated that they do not reimburse for share rides but it’s THEIR fault I was without my car.

      I went to Jiffy Lube in Hallandale, FL for a basic oil change. Left happy with the helpful attendant, even gave him a tip. However, when later I received the invoice by email, I was surprised to learn that in this oil changes was included some other services, which they ticked as done: tire pressure; windshield blades inspection; windshield wash. I was in the car with my daughter the whole time, and these services were NOT performed. Now i don’t even know if they have actually changed the oil and the filters. I complained with corporate and local Jiffy, and they said I could return to the same station for these missing services. No, thank you. Just ask for a formal mea culpa and apology.
