    I purchased a 2024 Forest River Sunseeker 2550DS for ~$100,000 on November 8, 2024, from Blue Compass RV in ********, **, and my experience has been a nightmare. Seven months later, they still havent delivered the title, preventing me from registering the ** in ****** and risking fines ($25$300). They falsely claimed a smog check was required (its exempt) and used a third-party title service, but provided no details or resolution, violating California law (Vehicle Code 5901).Additionally, they failed to transfer the title of my girlfriends trade-in vehicle, despite receiving it, leading to California DMV fines (~$100$1,000s) and liability issues. Ive paid $16,350$16,600 (loan payments, sales tax, fees), but cant use the ** due to their negligence. Similar complaints (165 BBB reports, issues in ***********, *****) show this is a pattern.Ive demanded they fix both title issues by June 18, 2025, refund $8,500 tax, $150$400 fees, and cover $7,700 loan payments and fines. If unresolved, Ill escalate to the California DMV, BAR, CDTFA, Attorney General, and pursue legal action. ***** this dealershiptheir deceptive practices and incompetence will cost you time, money, and peace of mind.

    I paid over 70k for a 2018 Ram Promaster Roadtrek Zion. i turned the ceiling fan on and the DRY ROTTED CEILING PANEL FELL...became disconnected from the van. i told **** in the service department and left messages for **** to called back and FIX it, SEVERAL TIMES. And, if **** wasn't there on the day i called, we'll it was basically 'good luck and call back when **** would actually be in the building. i also uploaded images and sent email outlining needed repairs to their app...and it disappeared! And, their RV COMPLETE APP only lists my wheel/tire warranty and not my camper and engine *************'s very difficult calling Blue Compass in ******* and lining up an actual appointment to FIX stuff they should've caught before i picked it up from the dealership. The van came ftom *******, but there wasn't ANY SEALANT ON THE COMPONENTS ON TOP OF THE VAN. i had to seal everything at a Blue Compass dealership here in ****************. So, since there was no sealant on top of the van, and it came from ******* (storms), the ceiling panel got leaked on and dry rotted so bad, that when i tuned the ceiling fan on, it fell from the ceiling and happened again while i was driving which is very unsafe. It costs ******* to order the ceiling panel from Canade, ship it and install it.

    I purchased an RV from Blue Compass RV in ***********The finance manager and facility manager added over $11000.00 in extra warranties that I did not ask for. I asked several times when I went to recieve the rv where the paper work was for the sale and they kept refusing to give it to me. I had the check for the rest of the down payment I had brought with me. I refused to give them to down payment amount until I got paper work. I then noticed they had put all the warranties on.They said it was just a mistake and gave me paperwork saying the warranties were taken off but the bank did not get the check nor did I. I Have asked them repeatedly for the money and they keep saying it is being sent by the warranty company. I have since gotten paperwork from the warranty company telling my about the warranties that I did not ask for . I told them to cancel the warranties but they said it has to come from the dealership. I believe they think I will just go away. I am 68 years old and in bad health and need to get this resolved.     Door damaged and off hinge during delivery. Have been contacting Blue Compass for over 2 weeks to get it fixed as it is a safety hazard. I have been tripped twice and my dog has also been caught and injured. If either of us requires medical treatment, I will be sending them the bill.Spare key was left at dealership (Annotated in paperwork) to facilitate prep and delivery) Keys were not delivered No temp tag or paperwork needed to get the tags.Multiple non functional locks on exterior Have been calling, texting and emailing for 2 weeks and cant get a response from anyone.

    In January on 2025, after years of research, we traveled to *************** to Blue Compass RV to look at a 2019 Jayco Seismic Toyhauler camper. We had been wanting to look at one in person is this was the first time there was one semi close to us (4+ hours away). Upon arriving and walking through the lot, they couldn't "find" the one they had advertised online. It was finally found in the garage. We were told they were going through it to make sure things worked properly and clean it. After negotions which included agreeing to fix what every issues there were - reinstalling garage bunk to fully functioning, fix heat/massage buttons on sofa recliner, and any other things they found during their "go through", we signed the paperwork with the understanding we could not bring out fully paid off trade in until spring as it was buried in the snow as we live in northern *******. That gave ****** Blue compass about 3 months to do what they needed to do. My husband went to pick up our new toyhauler on April 19, 2025 only to discover not a single thing had been done to it. Nothing was fixed, nothing was cleaned. As soon as we signed paperwork in January it was parked in back lot and not touched. We brought it home because it is a 4+ hour trip one way. We had it about a week or two and took it to the Blue Compass in *************** to have stuff fixed that should have been done in **. We are now 3 weeks later. I have left 6 messages trying to find out what is going on. Memorial day weekend is here and we have had to cancel our plans due to not having a new to us camper that we spent alot of money on in January not ready to use. Blue Compass does not follow through on agreements, they do not return or answer calls, they make excuses with promise of calls of updates and don't follow through. We are angry, frustrated, and disappointed.

    Purchased an RV in Nov of last year. Paid it off in April 2025. We had purchased ************* and extended warranty. Since we paid the loan off early we are eligible to get a refund on both I have contacted the business with leaving multiple messages and no return phone call. I have filed the paperwork with them over a week ago but no response from them in regards to getting the paperwork or how long it will be before we receive our refund. I call every day but can only leave a message. No one returns my call. I want our refund which should be around $3000.00.

    We purchased a used camper from Blue compass RV. We were told it was inspected & anything wrong with it would be fixed before we took possession. We knew the couch had to be replaced. When my husband was removing the couch he went thru the ************* Horrible water damage that was never disclosed. The refrigerator doesnt work. We have called numerous times & cant get a call back. The finance company has even reached out on our behalf with the same results. We paid almost $40,000 and cant even take a vacation with it.

    Blue compass sold us a RV at the Tampa rv show. We paid cash. They did not follow through with their timeline but worse they didnt give us a title which means we can not register our vehicle at pick up we were told they would do that despite being told Otherwise previously. We still have no title and expired temporary plates on our RV and no solution. I would like a refund for the days that I cant not use my rv due to the negligence of this company. $100 a day for the time it is out of use because of the lack of proper paperwork and documentation.

    *** I bought a brand new 2024 grand design image 2920bs camper on 4/9/2024 from blue compassrv in *********** sc an to keep it under warranty it has to have an annual inspection to keep the camper under warranty. So I took it to the dealership in bought it from blue compass rv Spartanburg sc on 1/2/2025 i had a list of stuff that needed fixed which was aprroved trought warranty. The shop there the people are nice an said they are wating on grand design to send the parts to fix it. An that they don't get any tracking to when parts come . Also they said the manufacturer waits until they have a big shipment to send parts witch in my opinion is wrong I spent alot of money on this camper an in a few weeks the camper has been there almost 3 months which is uncalled for when the parts are aprroved they should ship them the next day. Just like everyone else does when you spend close to $60,000 dollars on a new camper an its been there for almost 3 months an a month wating on the parts to arrive so they can fix it puts a bad taste in my mouth about the blue compass rv manufacturer in ******* an there so process of getting the parts to the dealership. It is so uncalled for to have to wait almost 3 months an it might be longer . Bill a the shop at bluecompass rv in ************** is a great guy an does not have any control of when the parts will arrive. To me if you are a dealership for bluecompass when you order a part the dealership should be able to get a time line of when the parts will get in . But they dont which is crazy. I can't plan a camping trip because I don't know when I'm going to get the camper back I make the payments an cant even use the camper I think when they get done with the camper I shouldn't have to owe anything money wise I was quoted $2000 for a the warranty stuff which is c*** to have to pay just to keep the warranty valid vin # *****************
