    this company is terrible. i bought a used motorhome and it broke down about 4 hours away from the sales lot in ********* ark. called next day to let them know and was told to call roadside assistance started up rv and all warning lights went off so headed down the road . about 5 hours all lights came on again ,stayed in hotel cause generator would not start, next morning left hotel drove 3 hours and lights came on ,stayed in truck stop no a/c , left next morning almost to ***** border had to stop in ************* , we drove 9 hours to purchase rv took us 3 days to get home. contacted company no help . looked on paper work to get phone number and noticed they charged me 6000 dollars extra for roadside assistance that i told them i didnt want anything added on. went to check rv the next morning after it rained and camper had water standing in floor wipe up water found floor was rotten under sofa, let company know with no reply. found out the sofa was tied in place and would not work. i was charged more than the quoted price for a p.o.s . contact company to see what they could do and got a email from finance guy saying you got what you got, then i got email from manager saying they did all that they could do and i would have to pay for the repairs by myself. found out they signed me up for a rv life c*** guide for 88 dollars i never ask for. this company kept me and my wife in the office from 930 am until 530 pm by passing you from person to person and had us sign blank papers , i told them i just had open heart surgery and im 72 my wife 70 and we want to travel in the years we had left and they sold me junk charged high interest rate of 9.49% and i have credit score 787 with never having a late payment. once they make the sale and get your money they are done with you. sale date april 25th and it is now june 27th still no title and rv still setting in neighbors yard where i parked it the day we got home

    Bought a brand new camper in Spring 2024. We have had nothing but issues. The worst part about it is the service department at the *******, ** store is nothing but insufficient. Can never get ahold of anyone, takes months to fix something. Currently the main ** isnt working and no one cares. I have three kids including an infant and already booked trips for the summer. They have no intentions of fixing it before any trips no matter what Ive said. They wont even see it for diagnosing.

    We purchased a used 2017 Jayco Precept Class A Motorhome from the **********, ** location on 5/30/25 . Said was unit listed on FB Marketplace where it was stated the vehicle was located in **********, however, the vehicle was actually located at the *******, ** location. Requested to have the vehicle brought to the ** location but advised by sales *** that location did not sell/service Class A motorhomes, therefore, possession had to be in **********. Later confirmed directly with ** location that they do sell/service Class A except for motor/chassis issues. Purchased the VIP package to address issues related to towing, medical issues, & windshield, etc but declined the extended warranty based on dealer's confirmationfrom service/sales that service **** had thoroughly reviewed all operating systems and all was in proper working order. However, upon traveling with the vehicle back to ** and on cross country vacation, we found 13 mechanical/operating issues with the vehicle including both AC units not cooling to proper temp, backup and safety cameras on mirrors not functioning, driver's side mirror fell off the vehicle due to not being properly secured, center brake light not working, decayed animal f**** and nests in both the rear AC unit and shower; both of which emitted a smell causing nausea. Also, the privacy curtain motor for front did not work. Dealer promised to ship at no cost to our residence missing pole for center console travel table b/c the unit's was missing- never received. Service **** did not install tow brake as requested and did not advise until time of departure. (N/C assessed) ** only offered to have us bring vehicle to **, but required ***airs would be at our expense despite their confirmation that all required ***airs were addressed and vehicle operationing systems were all in proper working order prior to our taking possession which was incorrect. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company; very poor customer service

    ****** ****** ************** service advisor took immediate efforts to fix a ******************* I was experiencing. Not only did he take care of the problem with the tech, it was done quickly and efficiently.and he cares about customers and their needs.First rate ******!

    Walked in spoke w/ ******, she was wonderful and made the process exciting, as we did our walk through, we had been told by ****** that the recliners would be replaced with new ones with cup holders and massaging as the ones being replaced had. Once we decided to buy the (used) 2019 Jayco, they exchanged ****** w/ ***** to complete our paperwork. We went back for our Demo Walk through 15 days later only to find out that ****** (our Sales **** had moved to ******. So, the verbal of being told about the recliners having cup holders and massaging (as the others had) was not provided. Instead, they waited until after our ***** was brought to us to have a tech bring the replacing recliners that are much smaller and very generic. I went to speak with the ** RJ, whom by the way was a very kind gentleman. In our conversation he stated, truth be told, it is a (used) RV, so we are no obligated to replace the recliners. I said I was not going to fuss about it. Moral of this, not everyone has Integrity, if you are buying something and someone verbally states a change. GET IT IN WRITING.

    **** ******** from Blue Compass **** was a great salesman and told us what to expect on our purchase of our Tiffin motorhome. Has kept in touch with us to make sure all is good with our purchase. We highly recommend him for your next ******************** *******

    **** at Blue Compass RV in *******, ** is a knowledgeable and helpful employee. Both he and ***** ****** quickly researched and solved our issue with our RVs furnace. We appreciate their expertise and assistance.
