      Id give no stars for our ****** location if I could. My and my daughters screens glitch, theyve tried to fix it 4 times already. When I told them they also caused phone damage to my actual fone the store *** began to get loud and rude. He kept saying Ill fix for you, even after they fixed it. ??????? now it surfs on its own, touchscreen doesnt work, glitches, offered discount prices for good reviews, fast badly done screen fix. I regret this bc now I can barely use my fone to type or answer etc. I have to turn it in and off again to be able to use my touchscreen. It highlights things on its own, changes screens and goes crazy. Worst place and decision I truly regret using them.

      After my iPhone gave me a warning that my battery health was getting low, I looked in to getting an appointment with the Apple store to get it replaced for $89, but it was for an inconvenient time. While in ****************************, I entered iFixandRepair. The employee, ****, was very friendly and indicated he could get it done in about 20 minutes. Great! Upon picking it up, there were error messages on the phone indicating incompatibility and the phone was no longer able to show battery health status. **** told me if I wanted to see info on battery health, I would need to plug the phone into iTunes. I returned a bit later indicating that I was not happy with the result. Had he told me that functionality would be limited before hand, I wouldn't have had them do the work.I asked him to remove the battery they installed and replace it with the original, which he did. When asked about a refund, he called his manager. She told me there are no refunds, even though I was misled. She kept stating it is not policy to provide refunds. I was quite surprised that a manager was not empowered to deviate from policy to right a wrong. She directed me to email management so they could "open a case." Corporate's initial response was, "This is not by any means reflective of the iFixandRepair standards of service and customer satisfaction." I was hopeful.They responded several days later with, "The store has replied to your case. You have accepted our policy to work on your phone, so we cannot give you a refund in this case." Further the store indicated "Employee provided with all information about battery and the warranty on it." False. At no point was I made aware that functionality would be limited (my wife was there).Bottom line is I feel I was ripped off of $106. Don't count on them to be transparent.

      Good Morning ****** and BBB community. This customer came to the store and sign out the contract about replacement of the battery. Employee provided with all information about battery and the warranty on it. We replaced with new original battery, but even if you replace back camera, front camera, Face ID, battery, lcd on iPhone 11 and up, it will show you a message, mean that you didnt replace this part in the apple store, even if this part will be original or aftermarket, there is no way to round this message. Employee informed customer about this message before replacement.
