      My car was towed from my apartments I , was at the location before my car even arrived on the site , nobody helped me , the front desk people was very rude and they business is not registered on sunbiz so how are they even still open and operating should be illegal and they made the bottom of my bumper come off my car

      All county towing immobilize my vehicle today at 5 AM in the morning. I went to run my local errands when I realized the boots were on my car. When I called, Ill county a very rude female, kept attacking me with attitude throughout the call when I asked her why my car was booted. She said she was gonna give me a number and she said the number very quickly that I could not grass what she was saying, when I asked her to repeat herself, she said I dont have to tell you s*** you were too slow I told your number you can find on your own. Have a great day. And hung up. I ended up paying the money to remove the boot on the vehicle around 3 oclock today. It is 6 oclock right now and I just called them and they were trying to play with me saying I did not pay them once I showed them photo evidence of the payment. They said they will have a driver come in an hour. on the paper that they plastered on my vehicle, they said I didnt need to contact them because they would know who paid for what so I found it very unprofessional companies operating. They are thieves, and they are looking for people who cannot afford as their victims. It is sick And Im disgusted by the ladies performance today about giving me that number and the lady who clearly thought that me trying to pay for my boot to be taken off the car was a joke.

      On 12/29/23, my car was booted at 9:57pm as written on the notice. The apartment complex I was visiting CLEARLY stated all over and inside elevators that the cars only had to be registered if staying AFTER 10pm or overnight which I was NOT. I called MULTIPLE times and got screamed at, hang up on and sent to voicemail. This is ridiculous. There were even other cars booted at 9:46 and 9:52 per written on the notice by the company. This is clearly a scam to make extra money on the weekend apparently. This is ridiculous. I will be takin this to court.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent incident involving the unauthorized towing of my vehicle, and I am formally requesting both a repair of any damages caused during the towing process and a refund of any expenses incurred as a result of this incident.My car was towed from ********************* without any prior notification the only notification I have received is at 10:49am when I was asleep when they towed my car, despite the fact that I had not committed any parking violations or infringed upon any terms or conditions that would warrant such action. To my shock and frustration, I discovered that it was the leasing office at my residential complex, Bell light house point leasing office who had initiated the towing, without any attempt to contact me or provide me with any information about the situation. This incident has not only inconvenienced me but also caused financial and emotional distress. I was left without transportation and incurred additional costs, including the towing fee and any damages that *** have occurred during the process. I have attached the receipt for the towing service and any relevant photographic evidence of damages to my vehicle.

      I shared additional evidence in the form of videos documenting the retrieval of my car. It's important to note that the vehicle was in such a state that it was rendered undrivable, necessitating immediate attention from both the dealership and a certified mechanic. I had to bear the financial burden of repairing some of the issues, even though I was not responsible for the damage. Additionally, my repeated attempts to contact ********************* were met with evasion and avoidance.

      The law states the company has one hour to remove the boot from my car. They were an hour and 20 minutes and getting the boat removed from my car and refuse to speak to me about the issue. I made the payment online they say they didnt see the payment their error is what cost me time and money today

      Good evening, my car was towed from me from the All county towing company,On October 9, 2023. I was towed in my own assigned parking spot. The reason was because my apartment complex failed to register me and they allowed them to tow my car. I paid $193.28 to get my car released. Upon leaving, I seen that my car was left damaged. The lower light was broken, my bumper was out of place, the thing to cover the oil change under my car was coming out of place. And when I was driving my vehicle it makes really loud noises from the part being dragged out from under. I made a police report. I was trying to ask them for information regarding their damage department, and the lady that works there **** was not trying to comply. she proceeds to lie to me about the managers name, and was not trying to provide me their policy number. She was super rude. She gave me an email and I emailed them, they have not reached out. Now I have to pay probably around 500$ or more of damages for a car that was not supposed to be towed in the first place. I just need a settlement to be in place for the damages being fixed or the money for it.

      My car was towed to this location. I came with all my paper work to retrieve my car. My anti seizure medication is in my car I was denied access to my car for I even get my medication. I was called a racist slur by one of the employees there. She told me I will never see my car again. She called me a n***** black b**** Her name is *****, she informed me that she is the only manager and I will not be talking to nobody else but her and she will be the only one giving me my car when she feels like it. I have called the location in regards. I was charged money and never.

      ******* towed ********** Escape (******************** tag) from ********** Apartment complex on Monday, January 30th. Vehicle was stored at All County towing until Wednesday, February 2nd. I tried retrieving the vehicle and items in the vehicle on Monday, January 30th, however was denied by attendants because it was a rental vehicle of *********** ******* denied access to the vehicle even though I had the keys to the vehicle and when the vehicle was finally obtained by Enterprise, upon pickup I noticed all equipment was still in vehicle except a red bag that contained approximately $3,000 worth of timing equipment (TCI **************************). All County only had access to get inside the vehicle once I gave them the keys when I tried to pickup the vehicle. I inquired All County about the issue and to review the footage with a police officer but they did not want to help. I also requested to file a claim but did not receive the proper information to do so. Additionally, I have filed police reports in ***************, ** and **********, **.

      I was towed on 6/20/22 due to moving into my apartment after 11:00 pm on 6/19, after arriving from out of town and parking in my spot, without a Cascades Sticker.My intention, after moving in on 6/19, was to head to the *************** once they opened at 8:00 on 6/20, and acquire my sticker.After receiving my car on 6/20 and paying $191.94 to All County Towing plus the ************* I noticed some visible damages to my car. Please see the attached pictures.I pointed the damages out to **** of All County towing, and he advised me to send an email to this address, for repairs.I have submitted all damages to AllCounty Towing and while they admit the damage was caused by their tow truck driver, they are giving me a runaround to collect the funds needed to repair my vehicle.The total sum is Rubber $246.71 + Body work $1,262.44 + car rental for 5 days $358.66 = 1,867.81.Damages 1 - Driver door no longer closes and aligns with passenger door.2 - Door Seal rubber on driver side is damaged and needs to be replaced.3 - Driver side door paint is removed.4 - Passenger door paint was scraped when trying to pry driver door open. I have been in contact with ***** via email who is the owner of the towing company and although in his email to me he has admitted to damaging my vehicle, he refuses to compensate me for the full amount $1,867.81.***** is only willing to pay me $700 which does not cover my total damages cost. Any help is appreciated.
