  Horrible horrible experience. We called before heading over to confirm we had everything needed to release the car to us and explained to them our situation. We brought the the documents they told us to bring. When we got there, we were met by a very rude employee handed her the documents, and the manager came out and demanded completely different documents told us they would not release us the car because she is not the registered owner, but she is 100% the registered owner. Her name was clearly on the registration and every time we asked questions, they would literally walk away and completely ignore us. After a couple hours of getting the documents that they demanded very rudely, we gave them what they asked for and they finally released us the car after hours of waiting. This place should be closed down and I feel like what they are doing is illegal everyone that work there was angry just because they had to do their job And they did their job horribly.

  The person working ******** was extremely aggressive, not one bit helpful, and lied. He yelled at us when we kindly told him we have the original title. He told us the ONLY way we could get the car was if my dad was present because he is the owner. He refused to listen that we had the title and truly just wanted to say no and be a jerk. He failed at his job. All we needed was the title and notarized release form from my dad by text. SIMPLE. But instead now my mom has drive back another 2 hours because he couldnt tell us that while we were there. He didnt want to be nice or helpful he wanted to ruin our day because he may just hate his life, which is understandable, but this company is not operating lawfully and just. There was a solution that I couldve handled while at the lot, and he lied to us. He wasted our time and now I have to pay even more to get it out, which is not right. This company is scamming people and not telling them solutions so they can withhold you car and get even more money from you.I emailed the owner and the email didnt go through so hopefully he see this.

  Professionalism, communication and empathy are nonexistent at this tow company. The lady at the front desk was very rude and has custom no service skills . One of the employee was laughing in my face while I was trying to understand the situation. They are very rude , and should not be in service because of the lack of respect and no upbringing company , community or apartments complex should work with them . Getting your car towed is already bad enough and now imagine having to deal with a rude person They are not human beings and there could be no human blood running in their veins because they behave like animals, are inconsiderate and their main priority is money. They are helpless. A bunch of " zenglendoo".

  Horrible customer service. My car was towed from my reserved parking spot in my apartment complex. When I called to get information as to why and if I could come get my vehicle that morning (it was a Saturday) I was told by a lady that I couldnt come until Monday morning. Now its Monday morning and I called again to ask what my price is and to get more information- I was told that this company is 24/7 and I couldve came Saturday to get my car. This is a complete scam. The original lady I spoke to was completely rude and had zero compassion and empathy. She proceeded to tell me that it wasnt her issue and to come in on Monday. Now I owe $299.80 to get my own car out that was wrongfully towed in the first place. But on Saturday the price wouldve only been $194. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Beware of this.

  I had two vehicles parked in the same parking space I was visiting my brothers home, a *** and a ****** when I pulled in I seen the man taking pictures of my vehicle mine you not I thought he was trying to steal my car. My car was towed. They told me because I wasnt registered to stay there if I wasnt registered why would you tow one car and not tow both vehicles thats how I know that theyre over there, picking and choosing what they want tow

  Beware! When confronted with undeniable proof of payment for their supposed 'services,' they shamelessly demanded a second payment, as if their first attempt at robbery wasn't enough. They claimed to accept cards but did not - we had to threaten to call the police after payment was made for them to immediately take off the boot without hesitation.Their employees seemed to have been trained in the art of con artistry and they showed a complete disregard for honesty or fairness. They prey on vulnerable individuals, exploiting situations to line their pockets with ill-gotten gains. They are not just a stain on the industry; they're a festering sore of dishonesty and contempt for their fellow human beings. Run, don't walk, away from this cesspool of immorality and find a towing service that actually respects its customers.

  The truck stop moving in the parking located in the ********************, **, this area is consistent of multiple businesses. Our efforts were to get the vehicle to drive, although, the task was unsuccessful. We left the vehicle in the parking lot facing Auto Zone between 7-8pm on 12/5/22. The next morning we arranged the vehicle to be towed by ************ tow truck driver on the morning of 12/6/23 at 10am, and by 11:00am when we and the mechanic tow driver arrived at ********************************************, our vehicle was gone, it was no where in this huge parking lot. We called the 911 non-emergency #, made a report. Immediately after, ************ tow truck driver left us in the parking lot, ************ tow truck driver calls us back to say, call ACT, in search of our vehicle. We called All County Towing and found out their tow started with our vehicle @04:12 am, arrived at their yard at 4:30am on 12/6/23. Upon, our arrival at ACT on 12/6/23 our vehicle was released @12:37, after paying, approximately,$200. This private type of business is the worst of business. This business should not be allowed to give service to the public. Theres no restrooms available for customers, hot wiring and outlets are expose and in sight, condensation from the wall AC causes the floor to be wet. The employees are rude, not friendly, the waiting area is offensively dirty, nasty, disgusting, at the workers window, the area they service customers, they have hurricane shutters, servicing as their wall of defense, creating in the mind, emotion and spirt of the customers a negative condensation. The customers are not criminals, and All County Towing should not be allow to project their negative business model onto the public/customers. BBB needs to investigate the operation and conditions of these types of businesses . These types of businesses are harmful to the public.

  absolute f***** worst towing ever. disorganized and lackadaisical people works here. you cant get them on the phone when you do they are rude as s*** they dont have anything in order they boot ****** and dont give a s*** when they come to remove it. 2 hours later they are coming to remove it . and ye I did register my car it expires 12:03 am and these little pestilence boot my car 5 mins after f*cking insane oh and ye as a busi place they want me to zelle them the payment before they come !!!!! worst

  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN MY LIFE! NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! JUST HORRIFYINGLY BAD. MY CAR WAS TOWED FOR A SIMPLE MISUNDERSTANDING AND WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, I WAS CUT OFF. I DID EVENTUALLY CALL HIM AN A*HOLE, WHICH HE HUNG UP ON ME AFTER. I WAS HUNG UP ON AT LEAST 9 TIMES BECAUSE I CALLED HIM AN A**** FOR NOT TRYING TO COME CLOSE TO UNDERSTANDING WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY. IM MORTIFIED!

  Horrible service. I called about my car that was towed after a bad flood which left my car stuck. I just got my car back from the shop which made me even more upset. I called the non-emergency police and they said that they work with this company to handle tows so I have them a call. When I called the first time, the woman on the phone insisted that they didnt do any business with the city. The second time I called back and politely asked that she have a little sympathy, and at least run the plate. She was extremely rude and just hang up on me. People are out here without cars and have no idea where they are and this is how they treat their customers. That woman was soulless and had no humanity.
