  This business clearly doesn't understand what private means or the ***** means or is they are telling me that I need something which I'm exempted from having due to it being under the *****. I have provided them paper work and more then I should have now they were trying to tell me that I need to contact the leasing company for the car to get the car back which has nothing to do with then because the contract isn't between me them and the leasing company it's between the leasing company and me. This business operates illegally and needs to be shut down ball of the complaints are 1 stars it shouldn't be that but that's all I'm able to put. They also disconnected my tracker and it's showing that it was still located where I left it and that's not true it's been towed.

  On 03/18/2023, my vehicle was towed from Walgreens. Upon retrieving my vehicle from the lot location on *** ** *** **, Fort Lauderdale, FL *****, a discovery was made of my dashcam equipment that was purposely damaged. The cords were all disconnected and ****** *** the interior of my car, found lying on the floor mat with one of the cords ****** *** to the side. The front and rear cameras have been completely destroyed and will not turn for more than a second, with the supporting video attached. My dash has a value of $100. My camera equipment was in perfect condition before the vehicle was towed. THE COMPANY DOESN'T CARE AND MAKES NO EFFORT AT ALL TO RESOLVE ISSUES INVOLVING DAMAGES. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN.

  WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS - THE WORST TOWING COMPANY EVERRRRRRR!!! THE WOMAN WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP!! EXTREMELY RUDE, NOT WILLING TO HELP. DIDNT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING WHEN CALLING. THE OFFICE MANAGER ***** IS THE WORST MANAGER OF I COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. SHE HAS A NASTY DONT CARE ATTITUDE AND IM GOING TO MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE THEY LOOSE THEIR CONTRACT... DISGRACE TO THIS STATE.

  We showed up at 8:15 am to pick up car, I called at 8am when they open, I left the place at 9:30 am, took them 1 hr and 15 min to get me the car, and they charge an extra fee because I came after 9am when I was standing outside since 8:15 am. The lady in the counter then proceeded to curse at us and said to bad pay or done get your car. How is this allowed ? Robbing in your face , this has been happening here for a while and no one cares to investigate; many customers where stains there before 8am and most people still payed the fee for showing up after 9 am. Im in shock how the city can allow this

  This company deserves no stars and it should be investigated because the Manager ***** is very rude and racist. From the moment I called just to get information she was rude and even hung up in my face all because I mentioned that I did not want them rambling through my car due to previous incidents where my belongings was rambled though and items were missing. After questioning the workers of course they are going to say we dont go in your car, but that is a big lie. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager and it just so happened to be the same lady who answered the phone when I call to inquire info about my car. I told her I was going to call the police because she did not allow me to get my belongings out of my car. As she was walking away she said okay ni**er bi**h. I was furious especially because she think that its okay to do that. She deliberately served the Spanish couple and a Caucasian lady swiftly and was very polite while she attended to me and a couple other people being disrespectful the whole time. She didnt smile or use polite words. Every black person was treated unfair and came in complaining about a lady that was very rude when they called to get information. When the police arrived he escorted to the car to make sure my belongings was there. He witnessed the woman being rude. He Recommended I file a complaint on the BBB website. While still waiting for my car I did that and began to read the reviews left by other people. This lady has been doing this for years and has not received any sort of punishment. Beware of her if you go to this location. Its just sad that the company will allow this to happen when the average person that comes In there is predominantly African America because of the area. I pray she change her attitude because this is most definitely not acceptable.

  They boot your car even if you are visiting a friend or relative at the property, not only if you are staying over night. This process is a machine making money, and they seem not to care, nor to explain to customers. I have had my car booted twice within a week window and my friend visiting for dinner over a 3 hour staying, unfortunately when the company was around for their daily booting routine, booted too.I am not sure i understand the company strategy other than penalizing people left and right even when your car is registered with whoever is managing this service. Horrible experience. Company employee that come to remove the boot are rude and very unpolite. I have met 3, and all have been rude and walked away from me when I was simply asking the reason for the booting if I have sent car info to mgt. Horrible.
