      I purchased a voucher on 7/8/2020 for $197 for 5 days/ 4 nights ******* Resort Vacation. Order # *******, offer # 4O197RC200, resort Floridays Resort ******* which included a $200 resort credit. I tried booking my vacation on multiple occasions that year, the last attempt being November 2020. I never received an email confirmation of any sort. I decided not to proceed because I couldnt confirm my reservation. I called the number provided on the voucher ************ and the phone seemed to be ring and ring with nobody answering. Finally in May 2021 I reached out via email indicating my unsuccessful attempts to book. I have yet to this day gotten any response from them. I feel like this company stole from me. I paid money, booked my vacation and the organization never gave me a confirmation/ response despite my multiple attempts to contact them. Im reading the reviews and it seems like multiple families have had this happen to them with this business. And some of them actually traveled!!!!! Please put a stop to this. This is unfair to folks who pay in exchange to have a family vacation. It isnt right. Shut them down!!! They still from me!

      Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns regarding the ******* vacation package you purchased online.  Clients receive both an email as well as a text message at the time of purchase advising clients to contact our reservation department to complete the booking process.  Upon review of your account, our records do not reflect any contact from you until 7/22/22.  As a courtesy, we are happy to provide you a full refund of the $197.00 purchase price. Please contact Take A Break Travel directly to verify your address so that we may provide you a check as reimbursement as we are unable to process credit back to the credit card used for the original purchase.  We are available Monday Friday from 10:00 am 6:30 pm ET by calling ************.

      so I received a call in February of 2021 about this great deal for a vacation to ******* *******. I was told that we could go to ******* for just ************************************************************************************************************************* the family than the plan covered so we both bought a package to accommodate our larger family. Then when we went to use both packages the representative told us that they could not be combined even though we were originally told we could they claimed that for a nominal fee we could upgrade so fine i will do that. i was then told since my daughter was only twenty she could not use her package at all and they would refund us the 197 we spent. So we went on our trip nothing they told us was accurate we did not get ************ but it was a little to late as we were already there. we did everything that was asked of us and were told our 500 airfare voucher would be sent to us. i have not seen my 500 dollars and i have been given the run around with one representative even lying to me saying that i had not called take a break vacations when clearly it says i had called take take a break vacation please wait for the next available agent

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I would get 500 dollars back for the airfare I had already paid to get to my vacation destination because you took so long I can not get that money, and the way the voucher is set up is not what was I was told by the representative of your company. I was told by your representative that I just had to show that I spent 250 for my 2 tickets and I would get reimbursed. Your own rebate claims that I can only get up to 400 dollars in saving if my tickets are over 500 each. Again this was not how the representative told me this would work I am very unhappy with the bait and switch. I want what I was told I would get not this voucher that requires me to spend more money on flights that I don't plan on doing. your company needs to make good on what I was told by your representative and give my the 500 hundred dollars that i spent on flying to my vacation. I will ever use you guys again because of all the lies and the bait and switching that has occurred the only thing i got out of the package I was promised was the 100 dollars.
