      ** was awesome in assisting me with my needs . I thought I was already booked and was initially disappointed but he reassured me that my trip could still be made. He booked it for the next two weeks and my family and I was happy . Im looking forward to a good time .

      ********* was a bright shining light in a deep dark timeshare tunnel. She was knowledgeable, helpful and took all of the extra steps to help unwind my issue. Then, she actually helped me book my reservation which was going to expire in less than 90 days! She made the entire experience pleasant and it had not quite felt like that prior to working with *********! She needs to become a trainer and/or manager if she isnt already. Nonetheless, the rest of the team needs to follow her work style.
