      My reservation was somehow canceled. I called Take a Break Travel and spoke with Jason, he was amazing! He was so helpful and calming. He made my reservation for the same dates and place and told me to call the next day to make sure everything was set. Thank you Jason!

      I have selected dates which the options were further than I wanted I had to pay for a trip then the trip I paid fr wasn’t available so the gabe me an anywhere package … then i had to pay an extra 100 $ refundable deposit … i havnt heard from anyone about my trip Or about recieving a refund .. whe. I call it’s automated and doesn’t give me an option to talk to anyone … I did this for my kids because we wanted a time share at a villa and this gave us a good opportunity to test the waters a bit … I wish there was someone I could talk to but there’s no one .. I called a number that was on google and it was a guy who used to work there .. he called me back and ensures me it’s not a **** but they are so hard to reach and get. Ahold of .. I don’t even know how to request a refund or to know this isn’t a **** .. I was sketched out after my initial trip After being paid was not available and then before being able to pick out the date for my trip I had to pay an extra hundred dollars and now I’m unable to reach anyone … very unprofessional. It’s difficult to go on the interment and get picked into buying a trip or a package and this sucks because I’m entering retirement and was really looking forward to having a timeshare .. very dissapointed and I would like to know who I can call to file a complaint or request a refund
