      I paid $99- to reserve a vacation in ************* on 7/17. I received a phone number to call to actually make my reservations. I've called every day for the past five days and cannot connect with a living person. My calls have not been returned when I asked for a return via their automated system. I just tried to call again and a recording said that they were too busy to take my call.So, tomorrow I'll file a complaint with my credit card and will dispute this charge. Never again!

      Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns regarding your Ft. Lauderdale vacation package. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in booking your reservation. Our records indicate that you spoke with our Verifications Department and was provided the phone number to our travel partner who fulfills our reservations. Due to a technical difficulty with our travel partner’s provider for their phone system, they were unable to receive calls for several days. Please be advised that the issues have since been resolved. We have emailed them, and carbon copied you on the email, to reach out to you to arrange travel.       Ok, So I just booked this last week and now I'm seeing all these negative reviews. In addition, I see you telling people that in the terms there are certain requirements like......"""adult couples or singles must meet the following qualifications: be employed full time with a gross household income of $50,000 or retired, carry an active major credit, or debit card and speak English fluently."""I have been asked several of the same questions that other people are complaining about and when it came to the income one as listed above, I mentioned I make less then that!!!!Tell me, why was I still able to book this trip?Why was my credit card still charged?Most of all, why am I being told that all parties in my group must attend when there is a 16 yr old going with me? What do you all expect of a minor to pay/agree to?Tell me this, if I have a friend traveling with me, what difference does it make if they live with me or not? People can have roommates, live with people and not be in a relationship, just friends.YOU ALL ARE BEING WAY TOO JUDGEMENTAL IN WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR!!!!**** NOTE, CHECKING READ AND AGREE ""BUT HAVE NOT"" GIVING RATING BUT HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANYTHING YET, JUST 2 PHONE CALLS

Take A Break Travel offers discounted vacations which require clients to attend a sales presentation on the benefits of discounted travel. As you mentioned the terms and conditions outline the eligibility requirements of your package. These requirements are based on this presentation and are defined by the companies with whom clients will be meeting with. Currently, clients traveling to the Poconos have options for those who are full time employed with a household income under 50k. Those who are married or are cohabitating partners must travel together to qualify and all parties on the reservation must attend the sales presentation. Our records indicate that you have an active reservation scheduled for 9/2/2022. We are happy to process a full refund if you are not interested in participating in this limited time offer.
