    I Hired Modern Services for a whole house re duct. Sales aspect was great and installation took a bit longer than scheduled however, i can understand due to the size of the project. Once work was done it took several phone calls to have a walk-through of the house to address the following issues:1. Plenum hole was cut too large in the garage ceiling and was not patched (see pictures)2. Tape was used to seal the second plenum to close the ceiling gap which is now peeling off(see pictures)3.Condensation line kept on backing up and setting off the float switch due to improper slope of the line. ******This was address after install manager came to assess (refused to do any work at the time of arrival), a tech came out the following week and could not fix the issues it finally took a third tech to fix it.4. Finally and most important, 4 vents have zero air flow. One is located in the office, the second is located in the ******* room and the last two are located in the kitchen.This complaint is to hopefully reach someone in the company that values their customers and can address these issues. The company's lack of follow up has been disappointing and frustrating to an otherwise a positive beginning. There is currently a 50% balance owed however, funds will not be dispersed until the items have been addressed and system is in perfect order. I am expecting to have management reach out to me to discuss and repair work to be completed no later by end of this week Friday.

    We sent technicians to address the customer's complaint. He indicated to the technician that he was satisfied with the resolution. Our service manager has reached out by phone and left messages to follow up and confirm that the customer is satisfied but we have not received a response.
