1 starHad a new kitchen sink put in and needed the plumbing done. They came out and did the plumbing a few months after I was under the sink doing something and it has been leaking. Called them and they told me it would be 8 weeks before they could send anyone out, but Im the meantime they would have the tech call. Never heard from the tech and no appointment was set up to fix the problem. Now I have to get another plumber to fix their problem that they obviously dont want to fix. I will never use this computer again and I will tell others not to use them.Review fromJames H.

I will never use this company again. They came out spent 5 minutes to tell me it is not there problem but Florida power and light as I was only getting 1 phase not 2. A guy who didn't speak English well and it cost me $160. That is highway robbery.

We are very sorry that the customer was unhappy with the charge. We have a recorded call where the customer was notified of the charges ahead of time and agreed to have the tech come out.
We try to make every customer aware that there are fees associated with each service visit regardless of the amount of time it takes. The company is still paying for the technician's labor, the cost of the vehicle, the fuel, all of the insurances, the office and support staff to book and manage the call, the fees that are incurred because the call was booked through google. Customers may not realize it but every time they click or call through google a business is charged.
It is unfortunate that the issue was with the utility company, however we completed the task that the customer asked us to perform by diagnosing the issue.Review fromChris L

5 starsTechnicians were very professional and courteous! It's hard to find a trustworthy AC company to take care of your ac. Modern has always been honest and I will continue to be a customer for years to come!
