DONT go there they will rip you off. I paid 1300 dollars to replace coolant hoses. Next day it was still leaking coolant. Took it back and said it was fine and was just the fluid that was on the engine. 2 times the car broke down and took it back. Now all of a sudden they find more hose leaks and want to charge me 759 dollars for a screw that they were already supposed to fix and now I all of a sudden need my thermostat replaced and a hose that is supposed to be leaking oil. They had full access to this prior to last visit. Their solution was they would cover some cheap parts and charge over 540 just in labor. Now when I call them out for not doing the work they find something else. If you want your car done right and a fair price go to Karr automotive. I went to Tuffy because Karr wasnt able to get it to me in time. If you are a woman beware. They will take full advantage of you. I am probably going to contact the news because this now has me without a vehicle and paid for some hoses that to be honest probably didnt need because they didnt even show me the parts that were bad. This place should have stayed shut down. Pity the last owner at least cared.

******, when you came in the first time in May, we did the inspection and mentioned to you that your vehicle needed a lot of work. We had to start with your main issue which was your radiator hoses. They are special hoses being that your vehicle is an Audi (German) and are a dealer part. After test driving, the vehicle still had issues that we notated on your final invoice. A month later, which was 2 weeks ago, you revisited us because you were overheating. We didn't charge you for the inspection and we also replaced 2 parts for FREE to try and help you out since we knew that you were just trying to get it fixed enough to sell. Then after replacing those parts for FREE, we then noticed that there was coolant leaking from a different cooling hose. Your vehicle has many cooling hoses and we just replaced the obvious ones. You are complaining about us ripping you off, but we could have been over zealous and recommend everything for the cooling system and you would have been way more than $1,300. We emphasized with you and try to get you just what needed to be done. Here is another issue we had. You treated my staff HORRIBLY! You came in cursing and calling them names. We may be in the service industry, but we don't deserve disrespect. We have always been professional. You just can't go around and be disrespectful to people. Once I found out about the experience you felt you had, I reached out the same day which was Friday, July 1st and it went to voicemail. I received a call from you later that day, but I was not in the position to speak as I was traveling for 4th of July long weekend. I was going to reach back out after 4th of July because, just like me, I figured you were with your family. I then receive a call on July 4th, which then turned into a voicemail, of you being disrespectful and rude. In your words, you said: "at least have the balls to call me back". I have saved the voicemail, and you know, because you tried to deny it and then I sent you the voicemail. It seems when people are courteous to you, you treat them badly. You are without a car because you sold it. Not because we didn't fix your vehicle. I don't mind bad reviews when they are true, because we are not perfect and we can make mistakes. The key is, we stand behind our mistakes and try to make it right. Which is what I tried to do with you, but you are not a friendly person. I can understand frustration, but you can be frustrated without disrespecting anyone. I am sorry that this couldn't have been a better exchange between 2 adults, but that was more your fault and not ours. Have a great day!
