    On 04-18-2023 I gave a deposit of ****** for replacement panels on carport. Was told 2 to 4 months I waited till Sept of 2023 placed a call someone would call me back. No call. Called in October ************ Sent a email. Have not heard from anyone.

    I gave the deposit in July of 2023 they were supposed to do the work in November they never started the work they screwed things up and didn't get permits spoke with the owner on numerous occasions explain to him what was going on my insurance company contacted them for verification of the contract they said they didn't have any date to start insurance company canceled by policy spoke with ******* assured me things will be handled in January and I stayed here to make sure I was here for the repairs got an email saying was going to start in February contacted ******* told me we started earlier they've given me numerous dates to start. At this point I told them forget it I will get another contractor and I have hired another contractor and I expect them to issue me a refund haven't heard word one from ******* who is the owner of the business. Horrible horrible company full of empty promises

    My husband and I hired ************** to remove our old metal roof and replace it. On May 15th, 2023 this company cashed our deposit check in the amount of $7,225. The check was made out to Titan Contracting, which we later found out was only loosely affiliated with **************. The owner of XPert was using the contracting license number of ********************** to build his new business. No one arrived on our property to begin any work until September 18th, 2023. The crew that arrived had been subcontracted and was unfamiliar to us. They removed our old roof, left our yard covered in screws and roofing nails, and left our gutters knocked down and hanging in our walk ways. The ******* of that crew informed us that someone would be on our property to inspect their work within 3 to 5 business days. No one ever came. With a lack of roof, we developed interior leaks within a month that we didn't previously have. I called the owner of **********************, *******************************, several times without any answer or return phone call. My city building department then informed me that he had never actually filed any of the paperwork needed to finish the job. I continued to contact ******************** without ever getting a response. Since he clearly had no intention of finishing the job, I asked that he return my deposit so that I may hire a new company and fix the now needed repairs to my interior drywall. I was met with text messages that claimed he could not make the time to speak to me when I was available. I have since reached out to Titan Contracting since they are the ones who cashed my check, and they have also been unresponsive. Both parties are highly unreliable and dishonest. Overall, they also stole. They took money for services that were never rendered. Ideally, I would like to be reimbursed for my loss but I absolutely do want anyone else to become a victim of *********************************** unethical business practices or the negligence of Titan Contracting.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I did ask Titan Contracting asked. I called twice and was able to speak to *************** on the second attempt.  After sending the documents that ************ requested, the communication has stopped. I have reached out with a request to hear back from him, but have heard nothing.

    We paid Titan Construction ($10K deposit) for a Lanai and carport to be rebuilt after hurricane **** In March 8 2023 we signed a contract with their subsidiaryExPert Aluminum. Their manager ******* told us we would be on a waiting list to have the carport done in 4-6 weeks and the lanai would be done in 6-8 months. I have now waited 9 months for which they took a deposit of $10,000 dollars in March. Phone call after phone call to the office, is one excuse after another, with always the same response I will check into it and call you back tomorrow for which tomorrow never comes. This is insane!
