  In May 2024 we contracted Titan Contracting for demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall and tile work in support of the company (*************************) remodeling our kitchen. ***** ********, Titan employee, prepared an estimate on the necessary work. ***** introduced us to all of the Titan craftsmen. Every morning he would accompany them to our home. Without exception, all Titan employees were polite and personable. Each one explained the work that they would accomplish and were then willing to accommodate any requests or incorporate any minor changes that we desired.***** was very flexible in reworking our estimate several times in an effort to meet our changing needs. When we signed the final contract with Titan Contacting, ***** assured us that we would not be billed for any work specified in the contract that would later be deemed ************** it turned out, a number of line items on the contract were not executed and a few others, not included, were necessary additions. True to their word, the Titan Management adjusted the final bill to reflect the actual work done.The work completed by all Titan employees was absolutely top notch. The fact that Titan Contracting demonstrated honesty and integrity in honoring their verbal agreements left us extremely impressed with the company.Special recognition is provided to Project Manager ***** ******** who served as the face of Titan Contracting. He was always on time, very respectful and highly professional. ***** was very patient, understanding and helpful to us in working through many decisions that had to be made. He then ensured that our desires were implemented or incorporated as appropriate. As a result, we could not have been more pleased with the final ********** over 50 years, we have rarely found any business with such integrity, attention to detail and an unwavering desire to please their customers. From our perspective, ********************** definitely meets the standard for Best in ****.

  This is an update of my 9/11 review. The workmen finally showed up. They were extremely hard *************** work was superb. We are happy with the cage. The management of this company took on too much after the hurricane & tried lying their way out of it. Honesty would have been the way to handle it.

  We placed a deposit for their X-********************** for an aluminum awning in May of 2023. Here it is now September 2023. We have tried to make contact and have gotten the run around with the person who answered the phone. We also have emailed trying to confirm their start date or any progress. We have at this point asked for a refund as no action has been taken to assist us or reach out to solve the issue. We are disputing the transaction with our bank for non services rendered and will also be filing a compliant with ******* ********** of ******** and Public Relations against their filed contractors license. We just want our money back so we can find another contractor.

  These guys installed a replacement roof on ********** for the sellers as part of our escrow when we bought our houseit leaked. Called them out to look at why and their guy said yes its a very bad install and pointed out MANY screws that were not hitting any framing and just hanging there ( see pics) He fixed a few places that were leaking badly and said hed be back and months later still nothing after many calls some rude guy calls me back and tells me they arent going to fix it because its hurricane damage and Im not their client see pics these screws leak terrible work. Definitely not hurricane damage. Roof is a year old and has leaked the whole time. Bad choice of contractor.
