    The first time they had my golf cart for 5 weeks for a battery issue and a 1 year service. They did nothing for the battery issue, but I assume did the service. They have now had my cart for since December 14, 2025, 10 weeks so far for battery issues still with nothing but lies and excuses. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy evolution golf carts!! The service is HORRIBLE!!!

    In mid December we purchased a new golf cart. Within less than a month the cart would no longer take a charge. We had a friend come over with their charging plug to see if it was our plug and we still received the same error message. My husband called immediately regarding the error message and to try and get it in the shop ASAP. It was explained numerous times the error message to the person on the phone as well as the individual who picked up the golf cart, which by the way took nearly TWO weeks for them to come get it. We were told that there were 8 carts to be repaired after ours and it should only take a few days. I called 4 business days in for a follow up and was informed they had not gotten to our golf cart and should be able to get to it sometime this week. I was told that they would call me when they know something in addition said the notes regarding our golf cart didn't indicate what the issue was. This is a complete lie as we had spoken to Matt's several times. I told the lady on the phone I would be calling daily to check on my cart and her response was, "You can call everyday and i'll keep giving you the same answer." From personal experience, when they tell you they are going to call you back, it NEVER happens. The last issue is when we ordered the golf cart, we PAID for the golf club attachment for our cart. We have called several times to follow up and see when it is coming in. We have yet to receive it and keep getting the run around. At this point we need a refund as it has not arrived and it should not take 1.5 months to get in. We were told that they keep making notes pertaining to ordering it on a "sticky note." This place has ZERO processes in place for customer service and to follow up with paid customers. This is my second golf cart and I wish I would have purchased this second one from the original place we received our first cart from. We simply were trying to support local, big mistake!!!

    If you buy a cart there be prepared for the worst service ever. Everytime my cart had issues, many times under warranty work, ****** would have it for months. Communication is a big issue. Hollywood doesn't answer emails hardly ever. On yearly service I believe was never done after ****** had my cart for 4 months with rear end trouble. How I know is they didn't fill the reserve take for the windshield washer fluid. Once again on 8/31 I had problems with my cart starting Called ****** spoke to ****** who promised me she would call me right back, today is 9/6 still waiting for the call. Lastly, this is the worst company to do business with. Great sales people, but after that the are not equipped to deal with issues. I paid 17'000 for a top of the line Evolution cart that has been nothing but trouble

    Do not purchase a golf cart here. They want to sell you a golf cart, but have serious issues servicing them. They have had our golf cart for over 2 months for a simple battery replacement, that is under warranty. We continue to get the run around with excuse after excuse, and never get calls returned after being told they will call us back.

    Don't waste your time buying a cart at this place. They will tell you delivery is in 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks since we made a deposit and now the delivery timeline has changed to 6-8 weeks. Seems like they are just stacking orders. Ohhh...and they won't give u your deposit back. On top of that, they are just rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

    They only sell but do not fix anything on the golf cart. And they will ignore your calls, emails. Once they get a check, your history. Will never buy another cart from ****'s golf cart. I've had a problem from the day they delivered it and they would not fix it. I have hired another company. I will be taking them to court to pay me back.Since the cart is one hundred percent under warranty for a year.

    Matts custom will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. My experience has been that they are slow to respond on any warranty work, for 6 months we were unable to use our cart as it would die 1-2 miles after using it. After months of formal complaints, calls, emails they finally got our cart in for repair( the third time for the same problem).

    Matt went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, many which were after hours. We now have our dream cart with the Evolution Classic 4 AC Pro and couldn’t be happier!
