I told him I pay for you work and the time you need. He opened the Slide door on the back of my house in less than 30 Minutes. He charged me $ 400.00 and told me it is so much because hes acknowledge and the time of the day. I was shocked but I had no choices. Then he connected me to a strange men on the phone to give them my CC Numbers what I for security reason denied . I have no other choice as to pay cash.

      Hi Mr *****.
We understand that you got service at Friday night about 10 pm.
The price that you paid it's for emergency call at Friday night plus emergency lockout.we don't know why our tech told you how much do you want to pay?.we ask our tech about that and he said that he just try to laugh with you.we explain to him that he never can ask or do something like that again.
Again get our apologies on that.
      Thank you.

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First the call was 09:15 and second the price should be between 250. and max. 300. I asked in Naples FL by Locksmith and believe me Naples is normally much more expensive than Ft Myers! The reason he ask me how much I will pay was not a choke because he asked me at least 3 times. He told me after I denied him to tell him how much I will pay 350. than 380. and end up with 400. I had a feeling we are on a Bazaar in Istanbul!

As a boat brokerage company we needed locks changed on three doors. BASIC LOCKS and install for our finanical office due to paperwork. I called locksmith pro at 888.491.0910 and they sent out Gulf Coast locksmith & Garage. The gave me a quote of basic locks roughly $55-$66 each plus labor. They charged us $1171.50 for 3 LOCKS without going over price and just started installation. On the invoice they charged us for "Premium" locks two= $550 one gold premium= $150 ADJUSTING DOORS- $100 (WHICH ISN'T EVEN TO CODE- SEE PICTURES ATTACHED. "LUBRICATE" which he sprayed one spray of WD-40 on each door = $50 and a LABOR WEEKEND fee on a Friday! of = $250 Tax = $71.50.... Tech didn't even clean up his mess after. This is a business and we were scammed. I would like this adjusted or refunded by at least HALF this is ridiculous. I have NEVER been charged so much for lock change in all my years in business. This needs to be corrected IMMIDIATELY!
