      I ordered a scooter for $599.96 and they sent me a cane instead. No response on my email where I complained about it. I bought it on 8/23, a cane was delivered on 8/31. Today is 9/20 and I have not received the scooter yet. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today. Do not make business with this company!

      8/31/23 I ordered an Upright ****** for my brother. The price charged to the credit card is $184.90. Item was to be shipped in 2 days with no extra charge. Today is 9/19/23 and I have NOT received the ******! I have sent 3 emails and received a " we are so sorry" letter. I called and left a voicemail, ***** has called me back. Finally got in touch with someone, told her the problem and she said she would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 5 days since and she has NOT called me back.I believe this company does not exist and is scamming people left and right. If I cannot get the ******, I want the money refunded to the credit card!

      Ordered a scooter on 9/1 of this year. Confirmation received same day. Said it was shipped.. 9/14 I was home waiting for scooter to be deliverd. Received notice out for delivery and then delivered. Did not see any kind of delivery truck or person deliver a scooter. Room I was in looks out to the front. Went out front as a pkg was put on porch by ***** Went outside no scooter just the cane. **** had a return address from ****. **************************************************************************. Looks like it's some kind of building that most recent pic is from 4 years ago with a bunch of junk in it. I immediately called was on hold for 45 minutes. Said he would look into it as he said showed Recevied. Told him what I got said he would look into it.then I started emails as never heard back. Same story. Sorry shows delivered. If not satisfied contact customer service. All I keep getting. This was for my husband who had a stroke and thought it would give him some freedom back. Unable to walk far so this was going to help him. We,are on fixed income,he is currently in hospital so having to keep checking status is difficult and cannot afford to purchase another one unless I can't *****,refund. No resolution has been offered to me. Very frustrating. Been on hold 3 times today each gets to 29 minutes and get disconnected. Literally cannot sleep worrying about my husband and this hanging over me. I am not a liar, either need scooter or funds credited back to card. Order *****

      ordered: June 15th,2023 UPRIGHT CANE, Have had numerous contacts with the company and each time they tell me that the item is in back order yet they still advertise on ******** Buy 1 Get one free.This is the 3rd time I have bought from them, but it is the first time I am having trouble getting the rest of my order.Paid $39.95

      Ordered an upright ****** on August 30, 2023. I still have not received it. The company sent me a cane that I did not order. I have called the company at least 3 times and have sent them an email. During the first call I was told that I needed to contact the ***** Similar response was received via email. I do not have the information to file a claim with the ***** The 2nd call resulted in the company escalating my issue to the next level. I have not heard from them. I have spent more than 15 minutes on hold in my latest call. The upright ****** was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. All I got was a cane that I didnt want want on September 11, 2023.

      I ordered an upright mobility scooter from this company on 8/10/2033 and paid $599.95 which cleared from my **** account on 8/12/2023. Their website states 2 day shipping. I had a tracking number but by 8/16/2023 I was still getting a message that it had not been received by ***** I tried numerous ways to contact them, via email, phone call, ********* They stated on their ******** page that their items shipped from the US. When I questioned this I got a response that due to lack of inventory they were waiting for shipment from warehouse in ******. When I did receive an item from them with the tracking number it was a cane I didnt order. I messaged them again and have still not received a satisfactory response and no scooter. I have a dispute in with my banking institution on 8/31/2023 and have requested a full refund from the company. Im awaiting a response on this.

      On August 30th I ordered a mobility scooter from upright cane. They said the scooter would be delivered in 2 days. I never received a scooter. They gave me a tracking number which kept saying the scooter was on it way. On Sept. 11th it said the scooter was delivered but all I received was a upright cane for my ******. The phone number that I ordered from was ************ and when they stopped answering that number they had another number which was ************. They never gave me an address.

      HI, I ORDERED THIS SCOOTER on July 30, 2023. Got a cane ( free). I received the can but never got the scooter.($599.95)I have written to them many times trying to get my scooter or a refund. I file a ScAM WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY upright cane want me to withdraw. Told them I will not do that.I am 80 yrs old. Need that scooter . Social Security only source of income. I want my money back or the scooter.( prefer the scooter) but I don't Trust the company anymore so refund would be best.

      On 8/22/23, I ordered a cane and 2 scooters. I was charged $1319.89 out of my debit account. The 2nd scooter was an error on my part. I called the company on 8/22/23 and spoke with a customer rep who said he would internally email the department to refund 1 scooter. I was still supposed to receive 1 scooter. I have never received it. I have not received shipping info for it. I cannot reach anyone to discuss it-the phone rings endlessly. I emailed them 9/7/23 and received a reply on 9/8 that was 3 paragraphs of no information-none of my details or dates of when the issue will be resolved. No notice of a delivery or my refund. As of 9/14/23, I have only received a cane. I should only have been charged $719.94 for 1 scooter and a cane. There has been no refund of any kind. It seems like I was scammed out of $1300 for a $30 cane. Please avoid this company!!

      We ordered an upright scooter for $604.90 on Sept 2, 2023. The money was immediately taken from the account. Were told it would be free 2 day shipping. Yesterday, Sept 13,2023, we received a message that it was delivered to our mailbox! Really! Mailbox!?!? We received an upright cane. Now we cannot get them on the phone. I emailed and have not heard anything back.
