      Purchased a ****** from the business on 9/03/23. When I first made the purchase, we had to call because the website changed the shipping address to the billing address. Company was called and it was corrected. I received a confirmation email that the order was confirmed (#*****) and showed the correct billing address and shipping address. On 9/13/23 a cane was received at my house. I confirmed that no ****** had arrived to the address the ****** was supposed to be sent. The package had my mother's name, her apartment number, but my street address. I checked the tracking number (*************************). It said the item arrived at my house, though the website continues to have my mother's address as the Shipping to address. I have tried to reach the company at both the toll-free number and at ************ multipe times. There is no response. I left a voicemail and received no call back. I also sent two emails and have not received any responses other than automated responses confirming that the emails were received.

      Aug. 15 ordered a electric scooter from ad seen on ********* Was advised for $599.99 with free 2 day shipping,had a 5 dollar shipping insurance. Came with a free cane , after two weeks the cane came but no scooter. I text the company and they said it was shipped and they would look into it. We texted back and forth at least six times ,they gave me a tracking number. I called *** and gave them the number was told it was not their number . Ask for a refund and was texted back that they could not give one at this time cause they were being investigated. I used my debit card ,so have filed a complaint through my bank.

      On August 25, 2023 I ordered a mobility scooter from *********** named Upright Cane. On Sept 5 I received a folding walking cane that was indicated to be a thank you gift from the company, To date I have not received the mobility scooter. I have attempted to call the company numerous times and also have left voice messages as well - no one answers the phone and I have received no responses to the messages left. I have emailed them numerous times and, yes, I have received what I call a "boiler plate" email a number of times from someone named *********Can you help me with this. I gave them $604.90 by **** on Sept 5.

      August 13th 2023, I ordered the Upright ******. On august 28th a cane was delivered/ the offer stated that a free cane came with the order of the upright ******. *** date, the ****** has not been delivered.I paid $179.00 I have sent numerous email requests to this company. I have called numerous times, they do not pick up, you are told an agent will be with you shortly...hold times 15 minutes plus/never a live person. This is not acceptable. I am a senior citizen, i do not have money to throw away.I could use that ****** to better my life. Now how do I get my money refunded. This is a serious complaint. Thank you for your attention.

      On Sept 5, 2023 I ordered a scooter Order # ***** for a Disabled Friend *******. It was supposed to be shipped 2 days free delivery and arrive By Friday 9/8/23 or 9/11/23 at the latest. I have been in contact with the *** numerous times. I have been on hold for hours and they will disconnect the calls after long waits of supposedly being on hold for some other **** that is supposed to resolve your delivery of a scooter that has not been in inventory, yet is there now. We needed this scooter and it is ashame that they plague/scam on disabled people. The order taker agents are kind, yet useless. The hours I wasted on hold hearing their lousy music, over and over again. Don't Trust this company with your money or time.

      Order # **** Order date July 27th Tracking # ************************** Ordered an upright ****** for $179.95. The company sent only the upright cane. Sent the company several emails, one included a picture of the original package next to the cane. I asked if they had a second tracking number that included the ******. The company keeps asking for patience and insisted my complaint is in expedited status with their proper department. On August 19th, a customer service email promised results by the end of the weekend. Their two day shipping was a joke, even though we live in *******, and expect two day shipping to take the better part of a week. After a month and a half,, I'm asking for the ****** I paid for, or a refund of the money I spent.

      Ordered two mobility scooters on 8/19/2023.Paid $1079.91 with a **** Debit Card.I was told that the scooters were in stock and would be shipped right away. The company says they have a free two-day ship. They included two folding canes free as part of the order for the scooters. I did not order the canes. The canes arrived via **** on 8/28/23. No scooters were with that shipment. I contacted the local ************ and they told me only the canes were shipped and that they would not deliver the scooters because they are over 70 pounds. When I contacted the company, a women told me that they were shipped via *** and she would email me a tracking number, she never did. I talked to her again and she said give me a half hour and I will email the tracking info. That also never happened. They will not take my calls now, so I have emailed my complaints. I told them to cancel the order and refund the purchase price. They advertise a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee with a no questions asked refund. One of the last emails I received said that their fulfillment department said the scooters were delivered with the canes on 8/28 and I needed to return the scooters to get a refund. I have checked with the **** and *** and no package with scooters was ever sent out to my address. I have seen many complaints about this company with very similar details to my story,

      I paid for a delivery of an Upright Cane ****** from this company on August 4, 2023. I paid $179.95 through PayPal. On August 17 I received a package with a junky Upright Cane. They refuse to respond to my emails. I want a refund of my money or the ****** I paid for.

      On 9/1/23 I ordered an upright ****** with 2 day shipping for $179.95. I emailed them and they said it was on its way. Today I received a cane--not a ******. I called customer service and they said I had received it. I did not. They said they are investigating.

      Ordered a stand up ******. Indicated it was delivered on 7/30/23. Called 7/31 stating it was not received and was told to wait until Friday. I have continued to call and email. When I have gotten through by phone they stated it was escalated on multiple occasions. On 9/1/23, I was told by ****** that the shipping department would email me within 1 hour with a time to receive a phone call. I did not receive an email. They have Never responded by email despite sending a confirmation that the concern was received. I have requested a refund -No response.
