I purchased an upright ****** from this company on August 25 2023 to be overnighted. They sent me a cane which took until September 5th to arrive. I have been going back and forth with company ever since trying to get my money back to no avail. I have all the documentation and emails back and forth teying to get my refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered an upright ****** from the Upright Cane company on August 9,2023 for $179. To be shipped in 2 days. It is now September 11,2023 and despite weekly communication with the company I have not yet received. Order # ***** Tracking #************************** was delivered to my MAILBOX on August 23 and was a cane, not the ****** ordered. A package containing a 25 **************** would not fit in my mailbox. I have a string of emails from the company advising that order#***** was delivered. I am unable to get the to understand the package did not contain what I ordered, instead it was a $40. Cane. I am contacting my bank to see if I can recover my money but would like to know what else can be done to stop this scam.Initial Complaint

Ordered a mobility scooter on August 18th for $599.95. It was to ship direct in 2 days to my mom who needed it to help her get to her weekly dialysis appointments. After a week, we contacted Upright Cane for an update with no response. After tracking the order for 10 days, it was finally updated to delivered by **** into her mailbox according to tracking info. She received a cane that we did not order. When we contacted Upright Cane they stated that the chair and the cane were both delivered and we needed to contact ****. We contacted **** and they stated only 1 piece was delivered, the cane we never ordered, into the mailbox. We contacted Upright Cane twice more with no response other than "it was delivered". False advertising for 2 day shipping and item not delivered with zero effort to resolve.Initial Complaint

The order was placed on August 26, 2023 with promised 2 day free shipping. Red upright mobility scooter Never received the scooter but did receive an upright cane. I tried to contact Upright Cane on September 1 I hadn't received anything. The phone rang and rang and finally was picked up by voice mail and was told to hold for the next available agent. Held for 40 minutes and when the agent came on the excuse was the weather and short workers. She told me that I would be receiving the scooter soon. On September 5 I received a package wrapped in plastic approximately 9x12. It was from upright cane and was a collapsible cane. After recovering from shock I tried to reach the company several times with no answer. Finally, after ringing about 30 times I got a voice mail to hang on for the next available agent. While holding I contacted my ******************* and filed a complaint. I held 30 minutes and hung up. Order # is **** Tracking # ************************** Advertised on the Internet and I had an E-mail from them also Preying on the handicapped elderly. 08/10/2023 I ordered and Upright ****** form this company for $166.91 08/21/2023 I get a delivery notification that it has been delivered to my sister- all she received was a cane which I did not order. The customer service person said they always ship a free cane and that they would investigate and send the ******.I get cookie cutter emails saying they are investigating - the lactone said they are looking at ***** the the shipping information was ***** They will not answer my calls. I ordered a mobility scooter from Upright Cane on 08/15/23, which they stated would be shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 2-3 business days. Finally on 09/05/23 we received not a scooter, but a cane, which I did not order. I emailed the company and told them that we did not receive a scooter and received a cane instead. They said the cane was free and I should contact **** as to where the scooter is. I contacted **** and they said under the tracking number I was suppled by the company the only item that was shipped was a package weighing **** pounds. A scooter was not shipped with ****. I have emailed Upright Cane several times and always get a generic response with no specific information or resolution. I have called the company several times and am always disconnected after a 45 minute hold time. You can never talk to a customer service representative. This scooter was ordered for my brother, a 20 year veteran, who needs this scooter to get around due to COPD. Sad this company operates this way and takes money from people who are already dealing with a lot and then adds more stress to their lives. I just want my money back for the scooter I paid for and have not received.Initial Complaint

Ordered a $600 motorized scooter for my 86 year old father to help him get around to events better. Never received the scooter,they wont answer the phones,they will only email you and tell you to check with the post office in which we did and they said it was a scam most likely. I know they have our address because we got a cheap cane for a bonus.??? Again tried to reach out to them by email and the same thing,stating they would have to issue an order number etc.. this is the third contact with them. On August 2, 2023 I ordered a Standup ****** from Upright Cane, suppose to be a free 2 day shipping. Paid for in full $****** via PayPal. Suppose to be a Revolutionary ****** return in 30 days if not satisfied. The dispute is THE ****** never came. Going on 30 days since ordered and paid for. A cane which I have not opened a package came and that used the tracking # for the ****** and then there was no way to TRACK the ******. The advertisement was seen on ******** with many positive reviews. This was advertised the month of July and August. The cane that arrived came from ***********************, ********************************** ******, **. *****. Tracking # for the ****** was **** **** **** **** **** **** 65 this was sent by ***** The ****** was suppose to be sent by **** My order # *****. I have called customer service and emailed them. Rep answering the phone on 3 different phone calls all said it will be there Friday. I have also notified PayPal. All are suppose to be doing an investigation. Nothing is happening, I get no satisfactory answer from anyone. I have asked for a refund since I did not receive what I ordered. Response was no to a refund there is an investigation going on. I do not feel the business has tried to resolve the problem. I believe this is a SCAM. **************** when they respond use a different order # than my order #*****. PayPal paid the ****** to ***************** LLC. Ive heard nothing from PayPal and the phone customer service for ******************** states it will be here Friday. Friday comes and goes and no delivery. This ****** is for a 92 year old that has had a stroke.I feel I am dealing with very deceitful individuals. Please HELP. Thank you for contacting me. I wish to update you on the issue I reached out to BBB for. I have not heard from the company, Standup Cane nor did they ever send the product I ordered. However, PayPal returned my money. Never did PayPal say if they received a response from Standup Cane. I truly believe that Standup Cane is a Scam Company. August 13 2023 I ordered a mobility scooter. My credit card was charged immediately. Order #*****. The website boasts 2 day shipping. I received a shipping notification on August 15. I began tracking that day. I placed several calls to customer support only to never have them answered. I left voice messages. I emailed only to get a form letter in response. I finally received a delivery notification on August 30th. I received a folding cane not a scooter. I immediately called customer support and was on hold 46 minutes and the call was disconnected.
