      I ordered an Upright ****** August 2023; paid for by Discover card. Received the free cane only, no ******. It has been a year, still no ******. There have been numerous emails sent to them with the same response of we are investigating your inquiry . In December 2023 I received an apologetic email from them stating they ran out of stock and will send the ****** as soon as possible. They requested my address. As of today, July 28, 2024 I have still not received the Upright ******!! This seems to be a SCAM outfit preying on the elderly and disabled!!

      2nd cane fre never received.. on emailing it was promised and that was last july.. if you try to go to their website it warns possible scammers trying to get your info

      The company is not a legitimate company. I ordered and paid 161.00 for an upright walker which I never received. The scam is that they send you a walking cane instead of the item that was ordered and when you file a claim, they use delivery of the walking cane as proof of delivery. There is no way for the customer to prove what was delivered.

      This is a shell company which also is operating under ULTRA HEARING AIDS. Sane phine numdmber as is associated with this BBB profile and their customer service email is ************************************ not to anything associated with hearing aids. Buyer beware. They have ads all over ******** for cheap Bluetooth streaming hearing aids for $279.00. If it sounds too good to be true is probably is.

      Total scam. ordered mobility scooter in Sept, , originally promised within 10 days, had me fine with Affirm/ Shop Pay, took my deposit. After several weeks sent tracking alert for delivery. Said it was delivered- I was there nothing came. They finally credited me my deposit. Thought case closed but Shop pay still looking for total money for an item that never was sent . Upright Cane is a scam, address is an appartment in Ft Myers

      We ordered a Mobility scooter for $599.95 which came with a "free" cane. The only thing we received was the cane. We never received the scooter. This was on August 26, 2023. We tried and tried to contact Upright Cane but, because the delivery records showed that an item was delivered our bank considered the dispute closed. We never received the scooter and are out the $600!

      Was looking for an upright ****** and found this company on the Internet. The advertise canes,walkers and scooters. I ordered an upright ****** for $161. After several weeks what I received was a folding cane with a name printed on it,upright. I didn't order a cane,I ordered and paid for a ******. A picture of the ****** is clearly shown and described on the receipt as well as the delivery email The phone number given goes to a voicemail which has never returned my call. A person can't be reached and you don't get what pay for. A total scam and they should be held accountable for it.

      I’ve had the same experience with Upright Cane and Affirm. Same results, No Scooter delivered. Returned the folding cane unopened to Upright Cane and filed a dispute with Affirm advising I would not pay for something I had never received. It is a sad place we live in when companies proclaimed Made in the USA scam elderly and disabled person out of their meager incomes. We just want to be able to live a better life and be able to go out shopping and on simple walks yet these people can only think up ways to take what little money we have. If Affirm wants to sink my credit rating for non payment so be it.

      YET ANOTHER SCAM COMANY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THEY THINK WILL BE AN EASY TARGET. DO NOT BE A VICTUM. This company is absolutely despicable. After months of waiting for a ****** for a severely disabled family member the product that finally arrived was a cane, I have contacted the company on multiple occasions about rectifying the order not only did not send me what i purchased THEY CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES for a product I never received and have since ignored any request for a reimbursement. Currently in the works of filing further.
