      I purchased the Upright Cane BOGO free and the Upright ****** on 6/17/23 which I desperately need!!! 2 day shipping!!! After 3 emails I received 1 cane on 8 th day. Probably 15 emails and 2 voicemails now I still do not get a response!!!! I NEED REFUND disabled and fixed income!!!

      I ordered a mobility scooter on July 29th 2023. Today I received a delivery (Aug 7, 2023) that contained a cane that I did not order and no scooter. I'm out $604.90

      After placing an order for a handicap scooter with a delivery date within 10 days. I have not received the product. I received a 1lb package contains a cane which I did not order. After using the tracking **** number that was given to me, it appears that although the company said that number covered both products, **** said it did not. I Have contacted the company through their customer support about not receiving the prepaid Scooter and having requested a full refund $599.99, the company said I cant get a refund until I return the scooter. At which point I told them it has not arrived and they have not completed my request of said refund. I doubt seriously if they ever filled the order. How can I make them give me a refund?

      I was scammed by this company also. I ordered the Buy one Get one Free cane and I only received one cane. I contacted Uprightcane and was told that they had sent me two canes. I told them I only received one cane and they said they would investigate. I never heard back from them again. It appears from other reviews that this is a standard practice with this company. I DO NOT recommend doing business with Uprightcane at all!

      I ordered one cane from Upright Cane Company on July 3, 2023, paying by credit card. It's website said the cane should arrive in 1-2 days. Its now July 26, no cane has arrived. However, the company has sent emails purporting that "one of two items ordered" has been shipped, from "China." So much for 1-2 day delivery. Further, the Company charged my credit card for two canes, one priced at $49,95, and a second at $45.95 though I only ordered one. Attempts to communicate with the Company have been unsuccessful, as several emails sent to the Customer Service Department have been returned as "undeliverable." I can only conclude from my experience this company is a total scam, Richard A.

      I TOO WAS SCAMMED WTH THE BUY ONE GET ONE SCAM. I RECEIVED MY FIRST **** BACK IN MARCH AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SECOND ONE IN JUNE. THE SAME RESPONSE WAITING FOR INVENTORY, YET THEY ARE STILL SELLING THEM. RIPOFF!!! THE **** ITSELF IS NICE! CAN I GIVE IT ZERO STARS?

      My order was put in 2/26/2023 for buy one get one free ************ at $49.99 plus tax and guaranteed shipment in 2 days. I received the first cane on 3/11/2023. There was no second cane one. After multiple email follow **** I was told that they are waiting for inventory to come in. As of today, 6/17/23 I still haven't received the second cane!

      The cane is fine -- the ONE I received! Ordered, Buy One, Get One Free, in February and now, mid-June, still have not received the "free" one. I'm not optimistic, therefore, feel this legitimately qualifies as a scam!!!

      I received my first cane, but have yet to receive my free cane (deal was buy 1 get 1 free). I've reaxhed out to them via email and they continue to tell me they are out and to be patient as they are waiting on a shipment of canes. Yet, I continue to see ads for the same deal so they have canes to ship to new customers, but not to ones who are owed the free cane. BUYER BEWARE!

      First they said in their advertising buyone get one free, only got 1 , They said that it was ajustable from 26" - 42". Perfit for people 4 to 7 feet tall.My wife ordered one in good faith she is 5' tall and can't find anyway to ajust it that low.We tried both of us to contact them by telephone and email and get no responce.My wife likes the cane but is unable to use it as we cannot get it low enough.I think that is terible behavior on their part.
