      I made the mistake of booking a flight with Bestticketfare.com on Monday, January 8, ****.I received a phone call from an agent representing the company, ***************************, the next day Tuesday, January 9, ****. Call was to inform me that I wasn't allowed any luggage, only a handbag weighing up to 2#unless I paid an additional $216.00, my original price including taxes and any additional fees was to be $224.00.I refused and cancelled my flight after and demanded that no charges be made to my credit card.They agreed to do so after a lengthy conversation. I also requested an email to verify that I would not be charged. Did receive that email after making another request this morning, speaking with *************************, floor supervisor.I just wanted to add my concern to BBB, after reading reviews on your website. Should have read that first, ****** learned.Thank you, ******************* .

      1/8/2024 I purchased a airline roundtrip ticket from Best Ticket Fare for $465.41 to fly out Sunday 1/14. 1/9/2024 Received a phone call from Best Ticket Fare stating that I would be flying Luggage Free. There is nothing on my order that shows that I would be flying Luggage Free. When asked when I would receive my E ticket they said they would have a representative call me that they were showing that they were awaiting American Airlines to respond.1/11/2024 Still no ticket. Again they said they would have a representative call me at this time I asked to speak to a supervisor the pieces started to come unraveled that this was a scam. I was told that the ticket I purchased for $465.41 was not available but I could do a upgrade for a additional $658.58 for a total amount of $1123.99 and this did not include the cost of $128 for my Luggage to be mailed. When asked if I could obtain a refund on the initial purchase of $465.41 they informed me they have a NON Refund policy so the answer was no. If the ticket was no longer available I am confused on that NON Refund policy. Due to the short notice & already invested money I went ahead and paid the additional cost and received E tickets. I am requesting a billing adjustment for the additional amount of $658.58 and the cost of mailing my luggage for $128.

      12/23/2023 Best Ticket Fare advertised a fare on their website. We paid ******* for 2 tickets round trip. None of the rules, policies or disclaimers noted that the airline ticket did not include bringing any luggage. The agent called me and said they need to upgrade my ticket to allow luggage at the price of ****** per person. I argued that this was not disclosed anywhere on their website, requesting that the transaction be dismissed, but they stated no refunds. The information on the website states that the transaction will go through once approved, and clearly the upgrade by us was not approved. A literal scam and bait and switch. The purchase has been made and then, the consumer finds out all the restrictions ! Please close them down!

      I booked a flight from ************ to ******** for Dec 11 and return Dec 18. The restrictions stated non refundable and I was fine with that. After I booked the flight, the company called and said they needed to verbally tell me my restrictions. The agent said not refundable, no luggage for carry on or checked in, and not allow to change dates. I said no where on the site did it say we werent able to check in or do a carry on. He said they cant list all their restrictions. I explained that in just as important because if I had known that I would not have booked since my daughter will be with us for a week. He said if they cancel now then the airline will take a fee. He couldnt tell me the fee. He said they only call to give the restrictions before they confirm to the airline. He said I could pay more to upgrade for luggage but couldnt tell me how much after putting on hold a couple times. I explained they are scamming people by not listing their full restrictions. I explained I have screenshots and no where is this explained. He couldnt help me. Now Im out funds on a ticket that my 22 year old daughter cant bring her clothes and necessities on!
