      Bought a plane ticket through them on 6/10/2025 for $194.66 and after about 3 hours got no confirmation so I called them. They said that flight was no longer available because they did not book it but could upgrade me on the same flight for another $600 or switch me to a different airport over an hour and a half away from my destination. Told them to refund me because they could not fulfill the service I was paying them to do.

      I booked a ticket with Best Ticket Fare on 06/08/2025 over the phone. the ticket is for my wife and grandchild to travel from ********, ******* to ***********************, leaving Jul 6th - returning Aug 23rd.The lowest airfare is with *************** - they have four different fares - cheapest to the most expensive: Go - Go Savvy - Go Comfy and Go Big. Best Ticket Fare, booked the cheapest - Go fare which is $ ******, and charged a higher fare, $811.99, which is $ ****** more than the Go price.That's the amount I'm disputing, and want ************* Regard,**** ******.

      I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a formal complaint against BestTicketFare.com. They are employing egregious bait-and-switch tactics in the sale of airline tickets, a practice that is not only deceptive but also exploitative. As a consumer who values transparency and fairness, my experience with this company has left me feeling misled, strong-armed, and taken advantage of. When I felt uncomfortable after not receiving a confirmation email for my purchase from the company, I contacted the company to confirm my reservation. The agent informed me that the fare I purchased was flexible, meaning it did not guarantee my travel date or departure airport. The agent then told me that not only was my date not guaranteed, but it was also unavailable. She said they would email me a travel date for four to six days after the date for which I purchased the ticket. Further compounding my frustration, the agent aggressively upsold "guaranteed" tickets that allegedly locked in my travel date and chosen flight. I asked to speak with her supervisor. I asked then for them to cancel the ticket and was told NO they would not cancel the ticket.I spent 45 minutes on the phone arguing with the supervisor about the deceptive and aggressive tactics of her company. I felt immense pressure to pay the additional $148 to this untrustworthy company to avoid losing the initial $115 I thought I was spending on discounted airfare. This whole business model is a horrible abuse of the consuming public!I demand a full refund of the $189 for the deceptive practices I experienced during this transaction. I also urge the Better Business Bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into this company's operations. Their practices are not only misleading but potentially illegal. I am committed to sharing my experience across various review platforms, including ****** and TripAdvisor, where I maintain an Expert status.

      I purchased a flight through this company this morning. I noticed that somehow my birth month had been entered incorrectly, so I called them to fix it. At this point, I was told it was $75 each way to correct that, and that my ticket did not allow any luggage at all, which wasn't explained on their web site before I purchased the flight. Then they told me it would be an additional $302.04 to add a carry on bag to my flight along with the correction of my birth month, plus pick my seats. They changed my flight from Southwest to Frontier and charged me $279.94 for the flight., and it did allow a carry on bag. The times were not what I had wanted as the layovers were longer. I ended up going to Frontier's website and saw that I could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund ($279.94) I called my credit card company and they are sending me a new card so this company can't make additional charges in the future. Now *********** will contest the additional charge of $302.04. My email from BestTicketFare with a flight confirmation was for a flight on Spirit, not Frontier, and not even in my name. It was for someone named *******! Please investigate this company. They are complete scammers. They charged me $581.98 when on Frontier's site that flight was only $279.94 and it allowed me a carry-on bag. I am livid that this company even exists. The agent name claims he is Will ******

      I purchased a flight for 219 dollars on Monday and by Wednesday I had not yet received my confirmation. When I contact them I was told that the price was not available and he quoted me 648 dollar ticket. When I told him I could not afford this, he quoted me 424 dollar ticket. I told them this i bait and switch and I want a refund. He told me he cannot refund me as per the company policy. I proceeded to tell them this is unfair to offer a low price and then change the price on the consumer. He offered no options and hung up the phone.

      I'm so upset with your customer service people. I have emailed and called, and when I call, the calls are transferred and dropped; they also never call me. Now, when I finally talk to someone, they are going to tell me that only 2 tickets are confirmed and the rest 3 are standby. What kind of stupid thing stands by when I need those specific dates and times, because we are a family traveling together? I chose your website because of the price, but now you want me to pay for an upgrade. The person is saying something from the website. How are you going to tell me the tickets are standby when other companies have the same ticket, and also your website is still selling them for the same price and same date and time. What kind of stupid nonsense is this?If I book from any website on that specific time and day, I have never had an issue with my tickets being on standby. Nowhere on your website is saying about standby, if that were the case, I would have never bought from your website, false advertising.

      On April 12th I went online to purchase an airline ticket. It was confirmed I paid it and then that afternoon I was called by the best Fair ticket company and told that it had been overbooked. And I had to come up with over $300 just to book a different ticket. They told me I could not cancel it it already been processed, but I went on my checking account and it hadn't yet. But they were unrelenting and actually made me pay what it cost if I'd have gone on to the ***************** site. I ended up paying $518 for a $318 ticket.

      I visited ************************* to purchase 2 tickets for a domestic flight. I selected the offered option of traveling on 6 Jun and returning on 9 Jun. I received the confirmation that the purchase had gone through only to receive a call later stating that the outbound flight was not available. I offered to adjust my days to 7-10 Jun but was told it would cost ******. I told them that the increase was not acceptable and they stated very simply that I would not get any money back and provided no equivalent valued flight. After seeking reviews for this company it appears that this is there motive and intent in doing business. They offer very reasonable fares only to change the plans and pricing. They state that the conditions are on their website but they are operating deceitfully behind this small print. These people are clearly in the business of a shell game to defraud and extort well intended customers. Perhaps an investigation or a class action lawsuit could be filed to stop the extortion.

      Hi I booked a flight from ****** to ******* yesterday May 25th 2025 for $569.94, it was a third party company selling spirit tickets. I bought tickets for 4 people and after 30 minutes the agent from that company called me and said that 2 of the passenger are confirmed and for 2 of them there is no seats and that there are in wait list. They asked me to pay another 90$ for each person so that they can get a seat. And I said no please refund my money and he refused to do that and that there policy wont allow them to refund the money. Why cant they refund my money if two of the 4 people doest even have seat does that mean I payed for nothing. I didnt argued with him and hang up the phone and reached the *************** directly and explained them the whole situation. while I was doing that the third party company charged me another $189.98 without my permission and without my approval, I told the whole situation to the *************** and they were able to refund me $569.94 but they could locate another $189.98 which the third company charged. They told me to contact them directly and solve the issue with them. After that I reached out to that same company and asked for the manager and explained the situation to him also but he couldnt help me and instead he insisted me to pay extra so that we all can fly together he told me that he has the voice recording of the call and that I agreed to that cancellation fee that they charged which I didnt said I was agreed on and gave them a permission to charge my credit card. First of all if the call was recorded they shouldve let me know that in the first place when I first called them, they didnt even warned me that my voice was being recorded. Basically they are the scammers, they sell tickets for cheap and charged people without their approval and make up some ******** stories that it was the clients fault not ************ number I called at was and received the call from was ****************.       My Aunt passed away, and I booked a ticket for a certain day and returned on a certain day. The dates I booked were leaving this Sunday, 5/18.25, and returning on Tuesday, 5/20/25, in the evening. I get an email stating that he changed my flight. I asked him why cause he can get it for a cheaper price. I did not ask him to do that. I need the days I booked. I withdrew the ******, then tried to withdraw ****** to have the total to 529 and some change. I also got an email. asking for a photocopy of my ID and my credit card last 4 numbers. I did not send any of that to him. I have enclose the email requesting that information
