Back in 2020, we hired this company (blue heaven pools and spas to install an underground pool in our backyard including an outdoor kitchen, so it was a battle for the company to finish the pool. Finally, after finishing it, they never came back to complete the job by installing the kitchen. We dont have any balance for them, all their money is paid in full for the job. Weve been going back and forth with them through email to have them come back to finish providing the service. However, they kept saying that they will come, and they did. Unfortunately, it came to a point where they dont reply to our emails anymore. Also, when we try to call them, they dont answer our phone calls anymore. They said they were backed up due to the pandemic but ever since then, they have not reached out to us. We just need them to come back and complete the job. Thank you.

      Business Response

      Date: 11/10/2022

This customer signed a contract on 1/20/2020. After permit was issued, the pool was plastered and filled with water by 8/26/2020. There was no battle getting the project done, other than delayed payment (due to customer). We moved along just fine on the project, considering waiting for third party checks that came from a trust. So each draw was a minimum two week waiting process, which should delay a project by 3 working days per each day delayed on requested draw per contract. If you look at the contract it states a 7' kitchen. We have gone over this kitchen with the customer multiple times. She was quoted for a certain kitchen, but had to make color selections. She wanted to select an upgraded kitchen and materials, but did not want to pay more for said upgrades. We sent options in her price range of what was quoted per contract and have waited on her since. She has not called our office, nor left any messages. She has not shown up at our office either. We are more than happy to install the kitchen she was sold per contract, if she would simply choose colors. This delay is all on the customer because she wants more than she paid for per contract. We have spoken multiple times about this. The pool was signed for and had water in it within 7 months, with payment delays in between. So, that being said, these delays are solely on the customer. We cannot just bring a kitchen to install without her choosing the colors of material sold to her, or paying more for the upgrades she may want. That simple. If she chooses colors, we move forward. If she wants an upgraded one, she can pay the increased price. We have no issue installing the kitchen. The customer is aware of what needs to be done. Thank you.
