      There was hardly any communication going on throughout the whole process. It was a complete mess administration wise. We went through 3 different GMs during the process of the build. **** was the 3rd and is very unpleasant to deal with when it came to our issues and getting them resolved. Weeks go by and we are having to follow up with **** to find out what's going on. He always had an excuse for everything.We had water filled in our pool on February 10, 2025, and we noticed within a day or 2 that water was leaving the pool very quickly. We notified **** about what was going on. He came out personally 3 different times thinking he knew exactly what the issue was and tried to fix it himself. He failed each time Then finally after a month of saying leak detection crew was coming, they finally came on March 28th, 2025 **** would never let us know exactly when someone was coming out to do what. There was one day when we left some of our own personal tools outside thinking no one was coming to work on the pool and the next day the crew showed up to do work. We were missing our tools. We informed ****. We took a screenshot from our cameras and send it to him showing that it was himself who put the tools in the worker's bag. He immediately changed his tune and offered to buy us a new one and send it to our house. He has failed to do so. Instead, he gave us an old ***** pair. Also during the build, we inquired about the promotion going on where you get the 2 lounge chairs. 2 months go by, and we haven't heard anything about our chairs. We finally got the information from **** and we had to call on our own to the shipping company to find out what was going on. The chairs were ready to be delivered, but they didn't have a correct phone number for anyone to have delivery scheduled. We get out chairs and they're not the ones in the promotion. **** just ordered 2 chairs from some random company. This is only a few of the issues we have had.

      Employees that open and close pool are incompetent and do not communicate with their customers.

      My wife and I generally **** it up and move on from bad decisions, but we feel an obligation to anyone remotely considering hiring Blue Haven Pools and ******************* specifically. Spring of 2022 we sought quotes from pool companies to renovate our existing pool and deck. Smooth talking ******************* of Blue Haven Pools arrived with promises and timelines that worked better for us than everyone else, so we made the disastrous decision to hire them. I could go into ************* and timelines of the false information and excuses that he had for the many delays, poor workmanship and incomplete job we were left with, but let's suffice it to say that very few words that he spoke came true and to this day we have hired several other pool contractors and spent thousands of dollars to complete and fix the mess they left ** with. He was paid in full because their policy is to collect prior to completing each phase of the work; however, work was never completed on the pool and deck as per contract, let alone to our satisfaction.

      In all of our years of being a Florida homeowner, remodeling multiple homes and working with many companies I have never felt the need to post a negative review but I wish the reviews that have been out the last few years were out when we first signed our contract with BLUE HAVEN POOLS. It would have saved us 10’s of thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration and at this point just heart brake after the state of our backyard has been left in. Anyone who hires this fraudulent company beware! Over 2 years later and this company has more excuses! Besides excuse after excuse we are still sitting here with a concrete hole in our backyard. The only way we even get communication is literally messaging and calling and calling and messaging with nothing but lies and excuses. I am literally heartbroken at the state of my back yard. Now we need to pick up the pieces and find a honest company to finish the job and pay out of pocket for after paying in full. This company has even gone so far as to threaten us to sign a NDA to remove themselves from any remaining permits and to reimburse us to finish the job.

      They are absolutely the worst pool company...lies after lies after lies, horrible communication, its always someone else's fault( their contractors who they have hired) to why they can't complete a phase of the project..or the ppl who are quiting the company because it's a huge joke...so the owner told us the pool would be done and ready for use by July 4th thats in 3 days! They still have to finish hooking up our heater and plastering the pool....
