      I would strongly advise to stay away from this company. This company is Incompetent and lacks integrity. You engage with Crowther Roofing at your own peril.

      Dear ***********************  After talking with the surveyor that came to your house.  We take offense at your remarks.  You are giving us a bad rating because you didn't like the answers we gave you.  It had nothing to do with any services performed.  You asked us to give you a reroof quote.  Our surveyor did an inspection of your roof and found a little damage and offered to give you a quote for repairs.  You were insistent that you wanted us to provide a reroof estimate. We were trying to be honest and let you know that your roof wasn't damage enough for a reroof and no insurance company would ever cover the cost of a reroof.  We should not get a bad rating for being honest.

      I understand that every situation is different. I had a great experience with Todd who came out for an estimate. My home was damaged during hurricane Ian, however I had just replaced the roof six months earlier so the roof took the wind just fine. My lanai and screens are destroyed, but the roof had minimal damage. Todd came out and went up on the roof with me and pointed everything out. He told me exactly what to do in order to fix it myself because there were only about 5 shingles that needed help. He said if he put together an estimate, I would have to pay for the crew coming out, the gas for the truck and their time which I understood. He told me exactly what material they would use, showed me on his truck so I could take a picture with my phone and bring it to home depot and do it myself. I appreciate it when someone does something like that instead of forcing a job on someone. I don't know the rest of the company, but thank you Todd. I plan on calling him in the future for anything roof related. I have been severely set back by Hurricane Ian with my business, the insurance company has been a problem, I almost shed a tear because I was so happy something went right compared to everything else.

      horrible company! do not do business with them. bad workmanship and all undocumented crews
