    On FEB 6, **** I dropped off my ** for repairs that were contracted by the seller of the ** just purchased. They had possession of the unit all day at 5 oclock. I went to pick up the **. They asked if I can pay with the check of which I did .I took the vehicle 30 minutes later after exiting my ** I noticed a large scratch damage that was not there. I immediately took pictures. Emailed them and left a voicemail. This morning, FEB.7 I called them and spoke to ***. *** said that they were not responsible. The damage was there previously. He said his technician did a walk-through. Agreed that the technician failed to do that walk-through with me. Therefore its his word against mine. I have pictures of the morning before dropping off the unit that I took that the damage was not there. the reason they wanted me to pay with the check. They immediately cashed it therefore creating a STOP PAYMENT possibility. I have initiated a dispute with my banking institution. I want the damage repaired or cost or a refund of the amount of $1784.94.

    Dear BBB, when a vehicle comes in for service, a tech inspects the vehicle and notes any issues, a couple of deep scratches were reported on the passenger's side of the coach about 8 ft up. there are several side wall damages, all in the same exact area, there is a smashed metal slide room awning cover, main awning has scratch marks, there are marks in several places, these damages are no different. 

    When vehicles are moved 2-3 men are all around it with radios for communication and the safety of the vehicle. RVTECH has no control over what happens after a vehicle leaves here, customer knew this when he signed our disclosure, so weather he sideswiped something after leaving we have no control over that. because if there was a problem when he got here after closing hrs. nothing was brought to our attention. since there was no issues upon pick up than everything must have been ok, or he wouldn't have never paid his invoice and drove away. 

    Checks: we give the customer a choice pay by cash or check, we have a Telecheck machine that processes all checks or they can pay by credit card but there is a 3% fee, customer choose to write a check. but in his statement, he is trying to convey he was forced to write a check, when in fact he was given a choice. It's illegal to stop payment on a check after goods or services were received... perhaps he does this everywhere he goes? 

    Customer states in his complaint that he has prior pictures, please provide them, proving they have a ************* stamp and proof that they were taken on our lot at the exact time of drop off. 

    Customer states 30 minutes after he left the RVTECH Lot, he noticed the scratch, but didn't notice it when it was here... again we have no control when it leaves, the coach showed up damages and was viewed by 3 people.
