    What an exceptional experience I had taking our RV to ***** at ******************************** ***** and his entire staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues we had with our 2023 ************. Our refrigerator was not cooling plus had some issues with the roof air.We dropped off our RV and ***** and his team worked diligently repairing the refrigerator and the roof top air. Very professional and courteous as well.If we ever have any other issues we will not hesitate to take our coach back to RVTECH! *****************************

    I recommend RVTECH to anyone looking to get repairs done on their RV. The first time I came into contact with Chuck was through his "Ask the expert" service, I was having some issues connecting my battery but Chuck walked through it over the phone with me and I was able to get it all connected super quick thanks to his help and the best part is that IT'S FREE! A couple of months later, I had some damage to the rear end of my RV from a collision and I called Chuck hoping he had space for me. Luckily he did and I received a quote and dropped off my RV. The process took about 2-3 weeks, but let me say their follow ups really make you feel assured. I was informed of everything throughout the whole process so I knew what was going on at all times. I could tell that Chuck and his team really care about the customers and I am so glad I found him through his website. RVTECH is my go to for any repairs since then.

    1 star is rating to high for RVTech. Do not do business with these people. Very incompetent. I took my RV in on Aug 3 to have the solar system repaired, my inverter had gone bad. These people claim to be experienced in solar repairs. They had to change the inverter from a magnum to a victron due to availability. I explained to Bob what the problems were and what I had done so there would be no communication errors. Bob didn't take correct notes. After a month for what Bob had told me would be a few days I finally get the call to say the RV was ready to go. I drive down to Ft Myers's an 1.5 hours away only to find out they had not wired the inverter correctly. So it the new inverter only works if plugged into shore power. That does zero good. I ask the tech why he didn't check to make sure everything worked. His response was I'm just a tech and do what I'm told. So I said go get Chuck, the owner. I go back in the office to tell Bob what's going on and Chuck comes on the walkie-talkie and says the inverter comes on so we are done. We aren't doing anything else. So I have notified the warranty company who paid the bulk of the money to RVTech so the can do what they need to do. Suffice to say after the multiple bad reviews I just read, if you take you Rv to them, that's on you. I wish I would have done a better job of researching their bad business practices.
