Complete and total scam. I requested a letter, they told me I would see it in 24-48 hours. I then received an email telling me I would have to wait 30 days due to laws in California(* **** ** *** ******). I did some more digging, the initial letter I received was from a therapist that does not exist on the internet and that this companies address is listed on the same address as a Publix in Fort Meyers, Florida. Complete scam of a company that is probably being used to launder money. If you need an ESA letter go to your therapist if you have one, do not make the same mistake as me because I had to file a fraud case for a $268 CC charge. A real therapist will only charge you for the hour.

Scam artist from China named Jin Tai L. His business is called SUPER PRIVACY SERVICE LTD. His company is registered to a Publix in Florida, with the overseeing corporation in San Mateo, CA, but he lives in London and scams people all across the world.

This company is a complete scam. I requested a refund within minutes of placing an order due to the waiting period. I found another company to give me an *** immediately since I was moving from a state WITHOUT a waiting period. I got an email from a bot, no answer from them through the phone, no call back. Give me my money back. Dont use this company for ***

SCAM! They advertise this as a same day service. After I went through the assessment and PAID, they sent me a message that stated it would take 30 days. The customer service person denied my refund request. I should have done my research before using this company.
