      I have paid for my Readonable Request Form to be signed from Fair Housing by a therapist for my emotional support animal but when I try to get on my account to email it they are not letting me on. So now I paid the ***** to Express Pet Certify on top of the process fee and have pretty much nothing. I'm so mad and sad. I cant afford to move and I need my letter signed so I can give it to my manager. I cant give up my cat. Heart broken ??

      They took my $228 on May 1, 2023 and sent me NOTHING! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL OR PHONE. NONE OF THEIR LISTED PHONE NUMBERS WORK. Total scam!

      They should Not get stars, ESA (Emotional Support Animal) you can't stay at Hotels, you can't eat at restaurants, and you can't travel on a airplane, bus or take a taxi. I spent $208 and their willing to give me $99 dollars. So DON'T Fall for this.

      I should of did my research!!! i am not out $109.00 and have to pay pet fees which is 500.00 plus 100 for having my animal and 10 per day until I get rid of him (FYI I will never get rid of him i dont care if i live in the street with my baby).. I have called several times and of course no answer. I have emailed and still nothing! i get no response from them. my daughter went thru USA service dogs and got her letter and certificate same day! How can you sue this place with little info???

      Not a legally valid service. Letters are not written or supported by actual people. Made up names and addresses. They do not honor their money back guarantee either. Surprise! I should have done more research.

      Thru an internet mixup I ended up double paying my bill at Pet Certify. When I realized this, I contacted them. No response. I called, I called, I called. They always say there is no one available to take calls. I emailed... Still no response!What would happen if the call was for the therapist? Is there even such a thing? Is this even a real business?I am more than disappointed in this company, especially since they claim to be a service who need emotional support. (Such as my son which we pay for this)
