      We recently had our roof replaced so I also needed our solar panels replaced. I received a quote from Advance solar and when it came time to let them know that the roof was done and I needed to schedule them for the re-installation, I was informed that they would not honor the quote and the increased the price substantially. I canceled them and had it done for $1,000 less than their original quote.

      We apologize for your experience **********, your original quote was done in March and we had 3 manufacturer price increases from that time till the agreement was signed 5 months later. Had the original agreement been signed in March we would have allocated the products at that time before the increase and honored our quote. Finding a cheaper system is always possible but our premium system is the most cosmetically pleasing and best performing system currently in the world. Heliocol is a far superior product to all competing panels in the market so it would make sense that the price would reflect that fact. We have been serving South Florida with quality products, installation and service since 1983 with thousands of happy customers. We wish you could have been one and if you were one of our customers you would understand the Advance Solar difference and why most people do recommend us across the board. If you ever need our help we will be there for you as well.
