  Diamond Tours, Inc. booked our group of 41 people at a ***********, in ********, **. This is a pet friendly hotel on every floor. It is a smoke-free facility but reeks of cigarettes on every floor and room. The halls are dark and scary to walk and not in good repair. The hotel staff was very helpful and good but this facility is disgusting. Diamond should have never booked it or any like it.

  A lot of time spent on the bus with very lilttle time allowed for viewing the main points of interest on the tour. We would ride on the bus for several hours, only to be allowed 1 hr. to be able to view a large museum or historical site when at least 2-3 hrs. should have been allowed, if not an entire day to spend in the area. Too many miles between the sites on the itenerary when there were so many sites available to see within a few miles of where we were staying. The trips do not seem to be well planned. Most nights arriving too late at the hotels to take advantage of the pools, weight rooms or to be able to use the guest laundry services. The bus driver was mad when we showed up with one overnight bag & one suitcase, as we were told we would be allowed. He told us we were allowed to bring only one bag per *********** could not fit all of the luggage in. The luggage all fit. Our tour guides were all excellent & very knowledgeable.

  Our group of 31 just returned from a 3 day/2 night trip to *******. It was a fantastic trip with perfect weather, great bus and driver, delicious prepaid meals and delightful events all planned by Diamond Tours. We saw 4 shows (2 morning & 2 evening) and went back to the hotel for a 2-hour rest in middle of each day (great idea). I have been group leader on 13 Diamond Tour trips and all have been greatly planned. I did not hear anything negative on this trip but I know sometimes you get a negative person in a large group that cant be pleased no matter what. We can only pray for people like that, but we shouldnt let it ruin our trip. The Rodeway Inn in ******* was the best, the owners catered to our group and only allows 1 bus group per week. I cannot say enough praises to Diamond Tour for doing such a fantastic job planning all these awesome trips. I love Diamond Tours

  Our bus driver took the liberty of using 2 gallons of my drinking water on the bus and didn't replace it for two days.

  Restaurants picked to have dinner enroute were not good. Our director was boring. She wanted to see the SC state capital. She dropped all of us at a museum where there was nothing around. No restaurants no shops. Her and her friend took a cab to the state capital where all the action was. She also chose to go to Cracker Barrel 3 times. Never again for Diamond Tours.

  Trip date- August 18-August 24th. This trip was to Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City, Canada. The bus we started on (Exotic) broke down and were stranded on a very busy highway. Bus started for a few miles and we were dropped off at a strip center for 2 hours. We were then put on an old bus and we finally arrived at our first hotel at MIDNIGHT! Each day we had to leave an hour earlier to pick up our "guide" and thus were stuck in traffic every morning and evening. These 2 hours were not included in the schedule. Cities were very interesting but trip was poorly planned. Too much driving around on the bus and not enough time visiting the historic sites and churches. Guide changed schedule too much. I would recommend checking out the bus in advance and plan the trip with stopping/visiting each city with enough time at each one. I felt we were rushed every day! Not a very enjoyable trip for the amount of money one had to pay . I would think twice before booking this trip. Check out the itinerary very well before you book.

  **** *-* Trip date- July 20-July 27,2024 Just returned from a trip with Diamond Tours and it was the worst experience ever. We had a shared group from Atlanta and was given a bus (Exotic) that had not been inspected and the oil was leaking, and we were stranded for 2 hours on the side of the road in PA. When Diamond Tours was notified, their solution was to u*** all 36 of us to the nearby mall where we waited for another 2 hours for another bus. The group leader contacted DT and was told they could send us pizza as compensation for our inconvenience, we declined. They later wanted to give $25 dollar vouchers for another trip with them as compensation. All of the hotels were in secluded areas with no access to anything. The last hotel we stayed in, ********* **** ***** (the worst accommodations), the beds had not been freshly made, there were hairs on the sheets and yellow spots. The front desk was notified but there was only 1 person working the desk. I received clean sheets then I changed the bed myself. There were so many complaints about dirty tubs and beds, that some of the persons selected to go to another hotel for the night. The ******* *** ** ********, Montreal, the staff responsible for meals were very rude. The housekeeping staff did not vacuum or clean the bathroom. This was my first and possibly my last excursion with DT because it appeared they went the cheapest route for accommodations. Profits over People must be today's business motto. The best thing about the trip was I met new people and the Province of Quebec. I am giving them 1 star, I would give them half of a star if I could. Extremely Disappointed!!!!!!!!

  Third tour with them. If it wasn't for the fact that I love to travel and meet new people, I wouldn't be here. The food is always horrible and I always pay for double beds but once arriving most hotels try to give us one bed. The headache. The team leads are always great when it comes to resolving issues. If you don't like planning trips for yourself definitely take a tour.

  Just returned from a trip to *********. Best tour ever. Ive been on tours with Diamond Tours for over 20 years and been a tour leader for 10 years. They are a first class operation starting with ********************* my sales consultant. She always goes above and beyond to insure all my questions are answered correctly and appropriately so I understand every detail. Traveling with 40+ seniors at times is like herding cats. Diamond Tours employees and bus drivers have always been very helpful, professional and accommodating. Not every traveler has liked every aspect of every trip, (who does), but everyone of them has found something on the trip they enjoyed and have become repeat travelers over and over. For peace of mind and dollar value, Diamond Tours is and will be my choice. I am already taking deposits on my next trip to ******* for Christmas.
