Our church went from Fort Myers to Ashville. Our host on the bus and the bus driver were the absolute best. Our itinerary was not good. The three nights in Ashville were at a substandard hotel. The representative from Diamond Tours that greeted our bus at times during our trip was not concerned about us travelers. Our itinerary was screwed up at times, time wasted at other times. We were never asked for our comments. They need to step up their tours. Improve their itinerary , accommodations and meals

I recently returned from a trip to Nashville with Diamond tours. I have been on weeklong trips with other companies and will not travel with diamond again. The bus driver and group leader were wonderful but the bus did not have enough leg room for a long trip. Our accommodations at a comfort and sleep inn were terrible. The bathroom was under construction with measurements written on the wall, spackling on the ceiling, bathroom door did not close, carpets were dirty, next to the utility room with mechanical noise keeping everyone awake all night. Our itinerary was okay but the food at the dinner shows was unacceptable. Food at the buffets was cold I did not expect canned vegetables and fried chicken at every meal. Breakfast at the hotels was sparse to be kind. Selection was so limited. Even orange juice wasnt available. During our overnight stay on the way to and from Nashville we had to pack an overnight bag as our luggage would not be taken off the bus. This was very inconvenient with everyone carrying another bag on the bus and trying to fit them somewhere. Never had this on other trips with overnight stops. Overall I was very disappointed in this trip.

Ibooked and paid for a trip to Lancaster PA. through Diamond Tours , Fort Myers,F.lorida for 10/31/2022 for $559.00.The group leader was ANN H.,Gastonia,N.C. I talk to her on the phone and arranged everything. She told me to send the money to her in Gastonia which I thought was strange. She also said she was charging me extra for her and the bus drivers tip up front which sounded illegal.I signed a waiver for covid and to let them know if I had been exposed, which I had no problem with. Mrs. HELMS did at no time mention anything about insurance or their policy that to get a refund you had 2 weeks before the trip to cancel.During this time I never heard anything from Diamond Tours about this trip which was odd.On 10/29/2022 I was exposed to covid and was feeling sick with a cough.I contacted her and told her that i was seeing a doctor the next day which i did.The doctor said I had the flu and gave me medicine and bed rest.I texted proof to Mrs. Helms and she told me i was not getting a refund and I had to go sick or not. It didn't matter if I was sick or contagious. Please beware these people could care less about your health or anybody else.

I will never go on another diamond tour. This company left us waiting from 7 until 6. Not sure of what time we will be ctually picked up. No communication from this company. Some of us ask for a refund and were told absolutely not. The company should have canceled this trip with a full refund. I have never been so disappointed and upset with a company. They advertise being the best. If this is the best out there, do not travel with them. We have to wait because no one can afford to lose their money. So right now one full day and probably two will be wasted. I assure you everyone will be giving verbal reviews to everyone they know and posting this information on social media. If your such a good company and and pride yourself on being the best you need to regroup. I wish I had read these reviews before agreeing to take this trip. You will not return calls on your emergency numbers and seriously doubt you will return messages left on your regular number. There are many on this trip that are older and can't drive due to health. Cannot believe you have been so inconsiderate to leave these people sitting in limbo for 10 hours now with promise after promise of a bus. SHAME, SHAME SHAME ON YOU.

My husband and I recently returned from a tour leaving from OH and going to MA set up by Diamond Tours. We were not displeased with hotel accommodations, meals, or sites and guides. We were totally, along with most of the other passengers, with the bus engaged by Diamond through Buckeye Coach. The bus was advertised as a high end luxury, spacious bus with WIFI, plush seats, video and equipped rest room. What they didn't tell passengers was that the buses heat would not work correctly and become so hot passengers would become overheated with one person becoming faint and nearly passing out, that the AC would eventually stop working and again passenger suffered with over heating. Neither we were told there were only a couple windows with shades to block sun, that there were no foot rests, cup holders, or back set pockets to store books, or magazines, nor that during a heavy rain the buses ceiling would LEAK getting several people wet, above head vents were broken and to stop very cold air from blowing strongly on you head and neck you used duck tape( purchased by another passenger at a rest stop) to cover the vents, the front windshield was cracked and passengers were told not to use bathroom except in a emergency which was adhered to but after 4 days the odor was less then pleasing. Actually there is nothing much good to say about the bus . A Diamond representative who was at a dinner event was made aware of these issues but nothing changed. Diamond should never be allowed to say they are bringing group travel to a higher standard. This bus should have been on the road. Shame on Diamond Tour and Buckeye Coach for allowing this to happen.

Resort old and to far out of town for evening walks pleasant staff but two busses at breakfast did not work as some people come lay for first shift then stay occupying needed seats when weather turned bad on Martha's vineyard day no secondary plan in place. Bus driver did all she TV could to keep people who chose not to ferry to Martha's vineyard., busy. Two or three busses arrived at dinner together each night causing at least half hour standing in buffet lines for average food, especially at jones tavern in holiday inn. In in

I just got back from a trip with Diamond Tours. The experience was horrible. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Just arrived home from a trip to Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard with this tour company. As someone who has experience planning events and trips for a living this trip was horribly planned. The hotel accommodations were horrible. We were told there were only older hotels on the island but we passed top hotel franchises during our tours. The food was less than stellar. When people travel they want to experience meals they can't have at home not Cafeteria Food like frozen veggies and lasagna. I have food sensitivities and conveyed that ahead of time. But that was ignored. So I had to starve and go without breakfast and dinner and eat snacks I brought from home. We booked our flights separately and the rest of the people in our group flights were cancelled and they were stuck in the city for an extra day. The list goes on...there were so many things that went wrong.

    RE: Tour # *******
    Cape Cod, Marthas' ******* / ************************** - June 10-2022 to Jun 16-2022

I am writing this complaint to inform you of the serious issue I encountered on Diamond Tours: It is a must that I bring to your attention that I/we were not satisfied with the quality of the services provided.
    Food:
The price was included in the trip..., however the food was not good, and no one came to clear the tables. Eating at the local establishments would possibly have been a better choice.

    Lodging:
    Fairfield Inn-Fair
Cape Cod- Unacceptable. Linens dirty and spotted. No closets. Rooms did not get serviced; nightly.
Comfort Inn -horrible. Dirty and molded, sink broken and water leaking onto floor. Hair was on the floors and the smell of the room, detestable.

    Transportation:
The bus allotted, was in need of repair. Rear brakes were making a LOUD noise. Before getting home we had to stop for repairs. We all could have been injured or...died. Safety was definitely...an issue.

Diamond Tours are wonderful. Trips are so organized and well planned. The most for the money, for sure!
