      At the beginning they were ok about 4 years ago ,but now i guess new staff new teams they are horrible , They owe us about $19000 dollars of unpaid invoices wich we are in process of paying back to our factoring company to start legal procedures against this brokerage firm , Be carefull who you deal with , Good things is we have all legal documents pertaining to all those loads legally delivered and picked up . They will invent any story to try and not to pay you but i guess some of them forget some of these conversation and emails are recorded as evidence and also for every load picked and delivered you must provide documentation of who you are.

      Have had mediocre experience with them across the board and across the years. Nothing every really TERRIBLE until recently. They booked me on a load, knowing we would be late for pickup, they knew that, which then they knew we would potentially not make delivery on time. They even went as far as reimbursing the late fee, that, to me, is 100% Acknowledgement that they booked us knowing we would already be behind schedule, but then they refused to pay anything when we were an hour behind on delivery. They gave us wrong delivery address, but of course had put on the rate con to call them if it was different on the paperwork. The city and company were the same on the rate con as on the paperwork, but there was no actual ADDRESS listed on the **** So my driver presumed it was correct. It was the wrong facility, so it took him an additional hour to get to the right facility. Then they refused the delivery and we had to reschedule for 2 days later. We got ZERO compensation for 2 extra days, but they paid the late fee at the shipper because they booked us KNOWING we would not make pickup appt. Then I look at the rate con, which states that if you end up being late at shipper or a work in, they don't compensate for missed delivery layover. So they clearly do this ALL the time and that's why it's on the rate con. They book **** too close together, say "it doesn't matter if you're late, we will pay the fee" and then ***** you on the back end, as if they don't know what's going to happen. Then play innocent and say "it was all on the rate con." I am of the mind that if you KNOWINGLY book a carrier that will arrive after appointment, pay their late fee because you knew they'd be late, you OWE THEM layover regardless of rate con, because you set them up to fail. It's BS! I will never do business with Team AR at Scotlynn again!

      I cannot describe enough how bad this bad company is. This company rescheduled our delivery appt without any notice. Instead of Friday morning, the driver had to unload on Monday. He lost the weekend, which is his main weekly income. We were forced to be a storage facility for 3 days. We waited until Tuesday evening to get the revised rate con. They offered us only $450 for 3 days and 3 nights. Company from h***

      I am impressed with their professionalism. I have been hauling loads with them for a few years. Their rates are fair as, and I always get paid on time with no issues. I work with Basil D****, and he is the BEST!!! Basil and his team are always available to answer any questions I have. I will continue to work with them.

      They don't record recieving the paperwork from the carrier in my case for 17 days. Then start the 30 day count down to prolong paying the Carrier. Even when you prove they did that, they don't care. I avoid this Broker except when they are the only really available load since they do pay eventually, but not according to the contract.

      ALERT to all carriers AVOID these brokers. I have had 2 horrible experiences with them. Both experiences were similar trying to book a load with them I gave them MC and all my info my + more . They responded saying they would send me the start up package for a new carrier after I completed everything they complained about the date plus my initials not being filled out just minor mistakes I went back fixed everything . Then he asked me about My COL and I provided proof of my COL. then he emailed me after awhile making up excuses that his manager had already gave the load to a different carrier after 3 hours of working on paper work with him and being assured it was already my load. So I was left with nothing complete waste of my day and all the loads had gone off the board. Recently i decided to give them another chance so I went ahead and booked a load with them and litterly what had happened to me a few months back happened again . Same thing just a different day and once again I had wasted all morning back and forth for nothing. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH A BROKER SO UN PROFESSIONAL. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

      This is one brokerage company that every carrier should avoid. Also, every carrier that Scotlynn did not pay or shortpay should take legal action, either together or individually. We haul a load from NC to the MD receiver and reject the load due to quality. We delivered to Bronx New York but the person who sent us the new RC told us he sent us the new RC with intention of not paying the agreed rate. Which is totally illegal. I have already contacted the FL Department of Labor.

      THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Booked a load with one of the brokers his name on the email was TYLER S**** he assured me the load was mine send me the carrier packet which I filled out I emailed ins certificate, authority NOA, and never heard back I tried calling no answer Finally a co worker of his answered told me they will call me back NEVER GOT BACK TO ME HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR BUT THTS THE MINIMUM TO MARK
